TGIF....Anyone else looking forward to taking it easy and relaxing this weekend, I know that I certainly am. After a busy working week, then getting ill I am looking forward to slobbing out on the sofa with Leanora and Milo and watching Strictly come dancing, not before we do the weekly shop, a bit of cake eating and some afternoon play, but before all that jazz and 5pm rolls on, I am sharing a few Friday favourites from the week.

I have a new found love of Pinterest, and I have been pinning like crazy and in need of some darling new friends, so come on over and stop by to say hi. I have a few new boards which I am super proud of, my love of this seasons box bags, Halloween inspo and home inspo, do come check me out.

Ok, I know I say this every month, but I have literally fallen head over heels with this month's MINTD Box truly I have, there have been a few things that I've been lusting after and they have truly delivered. This month is all about nigh time beauty. Ok, ok I've said too much and I'll be sharing with you whats inside next week, but for now, all I am saying is SUNDAY RILEY ok, ok ok NEOM! Phew, that is it I am keeping my mouth shut. Until next week, obvs!

As you know, I am currently updating the house and I recently stumbled upon this fab online store and I am loving there fabulous dining tables, which are perfect for the whole family to eat, plus sit and do the kids homework, which you can find here.

New favourite fashion find for this Autumn, is my new pearl biker boots from Bershka, perfect for trudging around plus how great do they look, check these similar pair from Stradivius, which you can find on my shop page.

I love shopping for knitwear for Leanora, just as much as I do for myself. I get so excited browsing the web when she is in bed or I should be working and I am hoping when purchasing she will be as excited as I am when they arrive.

With so many brands out there you are literally spoilt for choice, I have firm few who never disappoint and a bit more fashion forward and bang on trend, but there are a fair few stores, that I go to, time and time again as it is a brand I've grown with and love.

I always, like to buy a size bigger so it lasts longer as well as it being a little more cosy, plus when it gets colder, I like Leanora to be able to wear thermals underneath or a shirt. Better to take a layer off if it gets to warm, but who are we kidding, it is the beginning of Autumn and it is going to get colder.

Also when choosing for Leanora I never was a fan of it before, but now and having no choice as I have a very bossy Threenager I make sure I get her, something with a unicorn, currently going through a magical stage, no more teddies! I am also keen on a stripe or a nice colour block, plus a little bit of sequins.

I have lined up a fair few for you guys below, along with some fab skirts which I have paired them with. Let me know if you spot any you like and purchased. Plus when you do, tag me on Instagram and show off the kids new knitwear.

Happy Browsing and happy Autumn.

Let us know what you think of the knitwear lineup and if you would like for one for the boys too.

The moment I get a whiff of that glorious Autumn air, I go on a hunt for my new cosy knitwear, mohair, cashmere a heavy knit, striped, I crave them all, but this time around I am loving and buying coloured knitwear for Autumn, the bolder the better. Why? Because nothing boosts your day and mood than injecting some colour into your wardrobe and life.

Now I must stress I am not a fashion blogger per say and can talk endlessly about a jumper and hot to style it, that's not just who I am, not that there is anything wrong with it, but boy am I going to talk your head off and get all fashion-y on this post. You ready......! For me it is all about how it hangs, draping, style and fit, but most importantly can I get more than one wear out of it, well of course, but can I style it multiple of ways, and the answer is yes you can!

Balancing act
Why not toughen up and pair your coloured knit with a vinyl skirt, a must-have essential this season, trousers too. Go big, or go home earrings and some sock boots, you're good to go for a Saturday brunch with some pals, and Threenager for me.

Pants up
Heading to work, why not team up your coloured knit with a pair of wide leg, high waisted trousers, tuck in at the front, let it hang at the back,  grab a cross body bag  costing less than £17, sunnies on then go grab your coffee and your out, business at the bottom, cosy coloured at the top, perfect combo to cheer up those work days.

Jeanius
Soften the whole look up for a more laid-back approach to your days, than wearing your favourite jeans, shirt underneath paired with some loafers makes for the perfect autumn stroll.

Dress-it-up
Found that perfect knit dress, then rock it with some comfy sock boots and you are good to roll, keep it simple.

Are you loving coloured knitwear? How will you be wearing it for Autumn? I'd love to hear your thoughts below.

Happy Monday guys, let's shout it out from the roof tops. I know Monday can be a bore and a real ball ache in having to get back in the swing of things, after relaxing weekends. But what better way to start not just your week but your day in a great way, by boosting your self-esteem first thing in the morning.

When you lose your self-esteem it can be a hard thing to claw back into your life, I mean I know people, say 'fake it till you make it', but sometimes you just can't. But nothing like being proactive and setting yourself some realistic goals to help you boost your self-esteem. Here are a few tried and tested methods that I use to boost my self-esteem.

1. Set your self a challenge
Smash the hell out of it, do not make it too easy for yourself, after all, you want to be challenged. With setting your self-targets and goals, it gives you something to look forward to, to help drive you and-and get you pumped up in achieving something for you.

2. Stop Procrastinating
I am utterly guilty of this guys! I think we all are to a degree, but let's put that procrastinating to one side shall and instead of being a talker, go be a doer and kick butt.

3. No Negativity
No negative Nancy's around here please, negativity is infectious, now I know you can have a down day, but push that to one side, you will not get very far if you continue to wallow in pity and negativity.

4. Learn from criticism
No one wants to be criticised and no one likes hearing it either. But do not let that deter you from your end result and let is swallow you and your feelings up, instead, project it and use that information, in a constitutive way, a way that works for you and turn that negative into a positive and make you a stronger you.

5. Do something for you
Nothing boosts you esteem more than doing something for you, be it a walk in the park, that new shoe, book or beauty product that you have been eyeing up. it does not even have to be materialistic, it could be a yoga class, or just an evening spent at home unwinding down, or going to see that movie you have been dying to watch. For me, as much as I crave some ME time, it is being at home or a day out with my daughter.

What are some of your self-esteem boosters, that you do? I would love to hear in the comments below.
