Maybe I am encouraging the snow to fall here in London, or maybe I am just glutton for punishment by Leanora and I both wearing our winter whites.....As every sane parent knows white and children do not mix.
There is something that I love about wearing shades of white in winter, it feels magical but alas no snow has reached London as yet, so will just have to make do with my dreams and hopes that Leanora doesn't not climb all over me with her boots.
I combined our looks with shades of white and neutrals. Leanora's dress is from Cos and I have to say I've totally fallen in love with their children's range, I think slightly more so, than dare I say it Zara. I find Cos children's as well as adult wear quality exceptional, price points are reasonable and they have a great selection which also comes in adult sizes too. I did have a coat for L to wear, but being the little speedy Gonzales that she is through it off and wanted to be free. I completed her look with shiny Zara boots and cosy tights from John Lewis.
I found this gem of a knit in Gap (similar), which I bagged with there recent 40% discount sent out, paired with my vintage skirt from Farfetch (similar). I love that this skirt makes me feel a lot taller than I actually am, who doesn't want to feel like a glamazon who's just got off the runway.
If your planning on wearing all white or neutral through the winter month or for your Christmas party, I suggest adding a pop of colour in to the mix, such a red clutch or a gold lamé bag just to off set your outfit, besides Christmas is not far away.
I hope you liked my second Motherhood Monday post, missed out on the first you can find it here.
London Mumma xx
