As we come in to a new season, new skincare is needed for the cooler weather, as like you I notice a change in my skin, it’s becomes more dry and more hydration is required and I need to treat it accordingly.
Introduced officially by a colleague and seeing it all over Instagram I had to give it a go, the beauty junkie in me could not resist.
I decided to start with the first membership level at £10 per month giving you up to £100 to spend, just to dip my toes and test the waters! Bonus your first month you can choose products up to £200. How it works is like this instead of paying for full price you purchase at members price and each month your membership allowance renews and any money you have left over simply rolls over.
I selected the Japanfusion Pure Transforming Cleanser, it transforms from gel to oil to milk (once in contact with water) super lightweight balm and fragrance free and is perfect for my sensitive skin to help brake down my makeup and pollutions. I use it everyday and a small amount goes along way, and to help remove any left over residue I use it’s best bud, Double-Sided Organic Cleansing & Exfoliating Cloths the perfect accompaniment to any cleanser.
A skincare product that I use on a daily basis is oils, great for forming, plumping and adding that much needed hydration into your skin to give you that perfect glow and supple looking skin, so for he past month I’ve been using Beauty Pies, Superdrops™ High Intensity Hydration serum, if I’m honest whilst it glides on my skin it’s very watery and for me used on my skin on its own it doesn’t do much so I add a few drops to the Super Healthy Skin™ Daily Moisture Lotion and I find combing the two give me the healthy hydrating glow I’m after. The Daily Moisture Lotion is a true gem for me, not to light, yet not too heavy and doesn’t leave you with that greasy feel either once applied, it’s suitable for all skin types plus vegan friendly also.
With a busy work schedule and out most days, in meetings having to pound the pavements my feet need a little extra TLC so I added to basket the, Dr Glycolic™ Soft Feet Peel Socks, you can imagine my surprise when in my reformer Pilates class when I took my trainers and socks off to find they were peeling, whilst I totally forgot that they would start to peel after 7 days I couldn’t hide my shame!!! But a few days later when they stopped peeling my feet did feel as soft as anything and cracked heel repaired, thanks to the bags you keep on your feet for an hour are filled with high-percentages of Glycolic and Lactic Acids, Natural Fruit extracts of Grapefruit, Orange and Lemon, plus Sweet Almond and Coconut extracts.

Beauty Pie originally started with makeup and have branched out into skincare, hair care, fragrance and now bodycare so I had to select a few makeup pieces, it would be rude not too! I love a glow no matter the tome of year, but wanting to boost radiation in a subtle way and stepping out my comfort zone and playing trying new makeup to see what works for me I knew I had to try the Pro-Glow™ Superstrobing Drops, a cruelty-free vegan friendly highlighter, perfect t to use on its own or a little added to your foundation for the ultimate glow on those dull days and perfect now for the party season for that supermodel glow. It comes in two colours, Illuminati & AstroTurf, I’ve purchased both as Leanora decided to put her on and her dolls caught her and she dropped the Astroturf in shock and my horror, but both are great for my skin tone......and hers!!

I’m an 80’s baby and a 90’s teen and it was all about the lip gloss, so it would of been rude to not of purchased the Nude Nectar, Wondergloss Lip Oil. I wouldn’t really say it’s a lip oil, more of a gloss, a little sticky but it doesn’t bother me, once worn it does make my lips feel a tad dry, so I like to use a balm before application and I use it everyday I don’t hate, but I don’t love it either, but weirdly enough I carry it with me everyday.

Spring is the perfect time to rethink your beauty products, it's a great time to try and test out new products.
Spring brings out lighter colours, so shed those heavy auburn and red tones and opt for lighter shades of pink, floral scents to bask in to lift your mood and lay to rest those sandalwood fragrances and reach for those lighter creams.
If any brand can convince me to invest in their beauty products, then the gods at & Other Stories have spoken to me. There beauty and skincare products are nice light and won't break your the bank. I purchased two products whilst only going in for a new top, but low on hand cream and the beauty counter right by the till, (great add-on selling) it would have been rude to of not perused. A sucker for good packaging and a hint of pink, a little dollop, and massage into hands of the Miami Muse hand lotion is totally uplifting and invigorating, it's a delicate light scent of pink pepper, cotton candy, and musk and romantic refreshing light cream for Spring and I just knew this was the cream I needed this Spring. I also purchased the body mist in Miami Muse great size perfect to pop into my handbag and both items costing me less than £10 I certainly left with a spring in my step, and soft supple hands and smelling like a spring dream.
I have always been a fan of Glossier, the packaging and branding also, but never tried any of their products, so when I found out last year they were launching FINALLY in the U.K. And a pop up store to celebrate, which unfortunately and annoyingly I had to miss due to work commitments, I finally got round to ordering a few little products. The first product I tried was the cloud paint, in the shade Haze it was love at first apply, granted with my heavy hands I squeezed out a tad too much I know that this super lightweight liquid blusher is going to last. Regrettably, Glossier are not sold in stores, but I was able to find the shade I was after this Spring with the models on site of different colouring and how it looks applied makes it easy for you to choose.
Rodial Skincare Dragon’s Blood Velvet Cream I first used last year winter which I was sent with my MINTD Box, but now I have recently repurchased and use as my day cream. Rich enough for me to use on its own without an oil underneath and light enough for all-day use, especially as my days of late have been starting at 5am and does not leave the skin feeling cloggy and heavy, but glides on like water and leaves the skin hydrated. Perfect for anyone who has dry to combination skin.
The smell of Decelor's Aurabsolu Intense For Eyes is simply divine, not only just smells heavenly it works wonders too. This under eye brightening cream works wonders, especially for those who suffer from dark circles or had a sleepless night. the perfect under eye brightener to lift your face in time for Spring.
Now whilst this may not be a beauty or skincare product, I adore H&M's affordable candle scents. This scent, Wild Flower is a little nostalgic for me as it reminds and takes me back to the Lavender fields with Leanora, chasing her through the fields.
Don't forget to follow me for more fashion posts on Bloglovin and some inspo on Instagram and Pinterest too.

Out with the old, and in with the new beauty products! New Year is about new hope, new goals, but firstly recharging your beauty products. Time for a massive clear out and start the year anew.
I've found that come the new year, comes a new shift in the weather and I notice a massive change in my skin and not a good change, it becomes dry, parched even and continuously craving moisture, and I find that no matter how much I reach for my water bottle to quench my thirsty skin, it's as though it is never quite enough, leaving me no choice but to change up my skincare accordingly to face off the harsh weathers and luckily with a recurring subscription with MINTD Box I know that my mind, body and soul will be recharged and my beauty cabinet will be better off.

2018 calls for a new bi-monthly service with MINTD, a great gift for those who are new to the subscription box world and those that crave high-end luxury beauty products. By subscribing with MINTD it is a great way to try before you buy, but with the added bonus that these darling luxury products are all full-sized and be it monthly or now bi-monthly this darling box will only cost you £70 and no matter where you are in the world, they ship worldwide. For those that are new to MINTD Box, trust me they do not disappoint and every month they get better and better and these luxury boxes are so well thought out for your needs.
This months box is all about recharging your skin and bringing that much-needed hydration with 5 great FULL SIZED products that do not disappoint and tick all the right boxes and delivered right to your doorstep, so there is no excuse to not try it!

I am not a tea person, I am a coffee gal! I like to start my day by whizzing up my coffee machine and drinking a latte, gearing me up for the hustle and bustle of the day. But wanting to change it up and start my day a little healthier a little calmer I tucked into a little light cleansing herbal tea by Quinteassential. It was the first product I tried and tested and I am so glad that it was, its exquisite blend of ginger and cardamon, notes of dates and oats and the earthy cacoa beans with a kick of pepper was just the right blend and gave off the right aroma to help me start and uplift my day. It made me feel happier to get up and work my way through, my mind felt more relaxed due to the aroma and it is certainly by no means your standard herbal tea, oh so much more and much more luxurious.

I have tried Anne Semonin products before thanks to the beauty wizards at MINTD, so I was ecstatic to try these express radiance ice cubes. Pop these darling little pots in the freezer for a few hours or leave them in there, and when ready, pop just one out and wrap it in the gauze provided and smooth over the eye area to help revitalise tired eyes. With botanical extracts of wild indigo, this instant boosting radiance miracle is perfect for me and you too, especially as I've had a few sleepless nights, as Leanora has been up most nights due to her eczema playing up and my dark eyes are recharged thanks to the active serum de-puffing and reducing dark circles and wrinkles.

Ok now listen, I've only tried a few Sunday Riley products, but I am keen to work my way through them all. I've been using the Sunday Riley C.E.O C + E micro-dissolve cleansing oil like it is going out of fashion and I must confess I am in love. As soon as I get home and start my nighttime beauty routine, I reach for this cleansing oil, it is ever so light. It can be used to remove makeup, but I always like to have a little extra help for that, but I find that if I've not got too much of heavy makeup applied that this does the trick. A glorious cocktail of gentle white willow bark and lime pearl extracts works to gently refresh the skin, whilst the turmeric and vitamin C provide antioxidant-rich, calming skin support, helping to leave my skin cleansed, I have to say that it is a pleasure to use, plus it smells great and feels great on my sensitive skin too.

Now this is a high price and this is why I crave my MINTD Box each month, for £70 and 5 amazing full sized products and Rodial's, Dragon Blood Hyaluronic Mask costing £45 on its own and all the great reviews I have heard about this mask, it is no wonder I race to get home for a little r&r. If you are looking for some much needed over night hydration or even on a long haul flight, Rodial and MINTD to have you sorted. Whilst I keep water by my bed of an evening and wake up and cane the bottle, I have found the past few weeks, I am drinking less and less when I have my mask on. This moisturising face mask plumps the appearance of those niggly fine lines and helps even out the skin tone, all whilst maintaining hydration levels, this is truly a perfect companion in the colder months.

This is my little night and daytime beauty treat, that I have carried everywhere with me for weeks, anytime I am changing my bag or heading to bed, this is not far from my hands. This calming balm from Scentered helps to clear your mind and relax your body, this is perfect after a stressful day or preparing to unwind from a long day. A few applications to your pressure points and inhale deeply will totally recharge your mood.

Gloomy wintery weather should not get you or your skin down!
With the recent snowfall, slush, rain and harsh weathers, you are going to need to protect your skin more than ever, don't let this weather bully your skin, bully it right back with a little help with MINTD!
It is important to change your skincare routine, keep it guessing I say, as well as keeping it protected! Think of it like how you change your clothes each season, you need to change your beauty routine each season and every month MINTD helps repair, protect, nourish and hydrate your skin.
Winter is notorious for leaving our skin dry and flaky and can even make you sick, by lowering our immune system, but with some MINTD love, there’s no better time to do some damage control with a few indulgent skincare products.
An inhalation essence by De Mamiel is the perfect winter treat to help clear your head, refreshes the mind and soul. A few drops on to a piece of tissue and a few deep inhalation breaths will have you feeling calm and relaxed and help clear you, especially after a commute to work or preparation to relax your mind after a long day or flight. Perfect size for carrying in your bag, plus it is a naturally potent immune booster and pick me up.
You look at this African Botanics Marula Face Mask and think that this looks like any normal clay mask, and why on earth would you want your skin to dry out in winter months, you are wanting moisture put back into it. But this soothing and intoxicating aroma mask is anything but, a thin layer is all that is needed, as it is ultra moisturising, does not dry hard whatsoever and after leaving for 5-15 minutes then rinsed off with warm water your skin is left dewy, firm and hydrated.
Don't be afraid to use oils, I know some people are a little dubious about face oils, but honestly there is nothing better, especially in the winter month's for an injection of much-needed protection and hydration and Votary a brand that I have been coveting since it launched, had me feeling like Christmas came early as I was ecstatic to find in this months box. Votary, a British brand pride themselves on using unique blends of pure natural oils and powerful botanicals, the Jasmine and Calendula facial oil is a simple mix of excellent oils such as Rosehip, Calendula and Immortelle and it is incredibly calming and lovely and light, which makes it suitable to be used day and night.
Our skin becomes more vulnerable in the winter months and same for our eyes too, they can become more prominent in wrinkles and without the help of moisture, you under eye area would lose its plumpness. Thanks to Skin Laundry this mighty saviour eye cream helps plump and reduce those pesky dark circles, due to the combination of peptides, vitamins, and extracts which work to increase elastin synthesis and boost skin firmness, elasticity, and hydration.
This brilliant Balmessence Lip Treatment from Oribe is a godsend, for those who suffer or not from chapped lips, is delicately packed with Camelina oil, which is rich in essential fatty acids and antioxidants helping to bring life and moisture into your lips.
MINTD evokes a feeling of luxury, decadence and indulgence that is mood altering, skin rejuvenating and they are worth every penny.
Have you tried any of these products? How will you be keeping your skin hydrated these winter months?

I don't know about you but I am pinching myself with excitement over this month's MINTD box. I have been getting them for about a year now and every month I am truly blown away. This month's box contains 4 full size and 1 deluxe sized luxury beauty products, all tailored for the winter month's ahead, aimed to help protect, repair, balance and nourish your skin from the winter air and god knows that mine is in of need of protection since the temperature has dropped.
It is all about keeping my skin hydrated and nourished in the colder months, unless you live in warmer climates, but then you would still need that extra attention, as we all know how bad air-conditioners can be and can cause havoc on one's skin, especially as it will be extra sensitive to the change in air.
The value of the Winter Skincare box is £207, but only costs £65 a whopping saving, leaving you with a few extra, well £100+ extra to spoil yourself for the Christmas period or in the black Friday cyber sales which is fast approaching, plus for those that are ordering for the first time with my code WELCOME17 you will get free delivery, no matter where you are in the world to help you combat the winter chill.
Ok, so let's dive in shall we....
What I love and the best part about MINTD box, neatly inside you have a manual a brochure even, all about your goodies for the month and we when best, day or night to use them to give your skin that winter warm up and to help maintain a nice healthy glow all whilst keeping your skin protected.
As the weather drops, so can the look of your hands and I've raved about it before, the African Botanics Hand Cream and I am going to rave about it all over again. This stuff is perfect and gives you just the boost of hydration that you need from this rich cream, it is also a great treatment for those that suffer from chapped, sensitive and irritated skin. So if you do suffer from irritations do not be put off by this hand cream which smells insane thanks to the calming ingredients of geranium and rosemary, I assure you, even I who suffers from sensitive skin, I've reached for this product time and time again, it has even helped calm my dry hands and bring them back to life thanks to the nourishing oils, butters and botanical ingredients.
I've been taking the POTION London hyaluronic acid for a few weeks now, 3 to be precise! Did you know that almost half the body’s hyaluronic acid is found in the collagen of your skin! It is the moisture retaining properties of hyaluronic acid which keep the skin hydrated and looking plump and smooth. So needlessly to say, you know i've not been a fool to let these go, yes I can say that it has worked for me and it will for you too, but I think that is a stretch as everyone reacts differently and notices different results, for me I have seen a change not a drastic one but a good one, and I have faith that if I keep on taking these supplements my skin will reap the benefit of it.
Guys! I have been waiting I mean waiting to A see if we would get this product and YES the MINTD Beauty Gods have answered my prayers B does this product live up to all it's hype. Well, first of all, let me say this, it is pricey, Rodial Skincare Dragon’s Blood Velvet Cream at £75 hence why I've been reluctant to buy it myself, but that is the great thing about MINTD the SAVINGS! For those in there 30's or for those that suffer from red patches, then guys this is the product for you. This cream is rich, but no way at all greasy I've noticed that my skin in the morning
as I like to use this cream at night does look plumper and hydrated and less red in the morning, is it worth its weight in dragon blood? Yes, every penny.
Winter is a total nightmare on our skin, the cold weather strips off our natural moisture which can leave our face very vulnerable, but with Tula's, exfoliating treatment mask which I like to apply a thin layer of, as a little goes a long way a few times a week after my nighttime cleanse, this mask just gives it that extra cleanse and exfoliation all whilst restoring moisture back in to your skin. Something I've recently noticed is that mud mask does not put back moisture, but instead I find that it dries out the skin further, and that is not what I want in winter or any other months. The exfoliating treatment mask is a great step to add to your beauty routine to help prepare your skin for the next.
Up next, is the darling deluxe sized Ila Spa beauty balm which I am obsessed with, it is not just aimed for women but men too and this is the perfect treat for your feet a few times a week at night, or before you go to bed even (i hate wearing socks in bed). Whilst this balm can be used all over your body, I like to use this on my feet once I've gotten out of the bath, pull some nice cosy socks on and let it just work its magic and restore hydration back into your feet, elbows and knees too.
And there you have it, this month's Winter Skincare box from MINTD! Have you tried it yet, what are your thoughts, the above products even?

Can you believe we are in November, not long to go until Christmas, 51 days to be precise! But before we start going frantic present shopping and get rid of our darling Pumpkins and delving into the whole Christmas spirit, lets take this time to relax, and grab some woolly socks on and relax by the fire or radiator, as today we are sharing a few of our Friday Favourites from this week's findings....
Falling in love with Autumn night air, we are eyeing up and getting ready into the party spirit and what better way to sparkle the night through than with Anthropologie's darling sequined skirt.
We were invited to see the new collection of ClubL, who are currently stocked in Asos and soon to be Topshop and we fell head over heels in love with the brand and all that work there. What intrigued me was, not just the designs but the quality is insane, plus they do not think of the Club doll just being one type of size or body shape they cater to the masses, those of us that are, slim, medium or more voluptuous, to the shorter lady to the taller lady and to see some of the great designs on offer check them out over on ASOS.
What are you favourites that have caught your eye this week? Would love to hear in the comments below!
