Can you believe for a brief moment on Sunday the sun was shining and it was warm! I decided not to waste it.
Leanora and I meet up with my good friend Zuleka and headed to Southbank for lunch, or you could say feast!
There is literally so much on offer in Southbank, stall after to stall
with delicious smelling food, but we decided on Ping Pong, I mean who
wouldn't it's reasonable at only £22.95 (Adult) £11.50 (children under
12) it has a really lovely atmosphere you would be a fool not to get
stuck in to their Lazy Sumdays. I guess if you don't, you Dim Sum you
loose Sum (All pun intended Obvs!)
The service is great, all the staff were very attentive to all 3 of us, it is
certainly a family friendly environment. They were even so nice to bring
Leanora a minion picture and colours to keep her entertained, but she
feel asleep before the food arrived so Zuleka and I coloured it in for
her lol! It would of been rude not too lol!
Our waiter was lovely and very informative and guided us through on the
order process, I mean he did not have to tell me twice, mumma has gotta
eat right!
Mountains of bamboo steamers arrived, it was sheer heaven! The champion
of all champions had to of been for us was the Black Prawn Dumplings and the
Prawn Spring Rolls.
The least favourite was the Vegetable Sticky Rice.
After a few more rounds, we had to call it a day we were truly stuffed!
We had a leisurely stroll along the Southbank before we headed home.
I have to say that it is was a lovely afternoon, I certainly recommend going on a Sunday, also don't forget Chinese New Year is just around the corner, so maybe check it out then and let me know what you think?
Thank you Siu much for reading, until the next adventure. (I had to get in in 😋)
You can find Ping Pong here for your nearest branch.
What a tempting menu!!! #drooling
