With us now in Spring, minus the weather I thought I slowly introduce a bit of colour to the wardrobe.
I recently purchased this top from Zara for £22.99 bargain in my eyes. I am currently having a thing for frayed clothing at the moment, as you might be able to tell.
What I love about this top not just being a Mustard colour to introduce me in to spring, but the cut. It is somewhat of a cropped top just showing off a slight midriff long enough to keep the chill away.
I teamed these up with a pair of my staple black jeans from H&M, but this top would work just as well with a dark blue denim jean and sliders one your able to get your pedicured toes out in the warmer weather.
But seeing as it is still cold I wore my black studded ankle boots, which I managed to bag in the last sale, but you can get a similar pair here
Have you bought anything new for spring?

The contrast between black and mustard 😍
ReplyDeleteI am wearing a similar outfit tomorrow but with black trousers as oppose to jeans! My mustard top was bought in H&M.
Hi Phoneicia, I am glad you like the post and a tad of inspo for your outfit today. xx
DeleteI love the black and mustard combo! It's not too bright yet it injects a little color onto the look. Your outfit is so right up my alley! I haven't done my spring shopping yet, but it'll probably be something similar: chic yet super comfy! Great post as always!

Glad you like the pos and the colour too. I was at first a bit skeptical but if certainly paid off. Can not wait to see your Spring purchases, possibly a Spring cookbook?! xx
DeleteI always think it's really hard to pull of yellow but it looks stunning on you! Love this outfit xx
