Who is excited about the summer? Over the last few weeks, I've been using some great new summer skincare products to keep my skin healthy and glowing and more importantly protected and prepped for our first summer holiday, I mean no one likes going away looking a little ashy, am I right?
Forever looking for new products and not knowing where to start, I always turn to MINTD Box each month as they always answer my prayers and keep me guessing on the theme for the month's box. Not always being able to get out to get my nails done, with the use of Lauren B, Nail Growth Serum I know that no matter where I am, be it at home, in the office or simply on the go my nails will be looked after with this super light nourishing serum, my nails will be nourished and kept strong and promote natural nail growth to the brittlest of nails and it is a perfect size to pack in my travel beauty case. Nails are taken care of, it's time to take care of our feet, no matter who you are the most important thing to prep before a holiday is our feet, nice soft supple tootsies are what is in order and a little last minute pedi prep at home Patchology has got you covered. In honesty I am not a major fan of going to the nails salons, too many people a little phobia about who's feet has been in the sink-come-tub freaks me out, so this is perfect to ease my anxiety. Leanora off to bed, time for Mumma to relax, a glass of wine in hand a book in the other and 90 minutes with my feet up in these nifty socks filled with the activating Activating Essence, dissolves dead skin and exfoliate rough patches, while botanical extracts brighten, could not ask for a better night.

It has the most luxurious scent and is a great cleanser for the skin, plus a double whammy for this time strapped Mumma it works great as an alternative shaving gel, leaving my skin healthy and moisturised. thanks to the plant keratins and laminaria extract.

I absolutely love Show Beauty's, Body Shimmer Oil, the way my skin looks luminous and glows in the sunlight is amazing, even a little added to the cheekbones it worth its weight in gold. This nourishing oil is infused with a blend of Argan and Jojoba oils, which help leaves skin looking healthy and silky smooth.

I am not a tea person, I am a coffee gal! I like to start my day by whizzing up my coffee machine and drinking a latte, gearing me up for the hustle and bustle of the day. But wanting to change it up and start my day a little healthier a little calmer I tucked into a little light cleansing herbal tea by Quinteassential. It was the first product I tried and tested and I am so glad that it was, its exquisite blend of ginger and cardamon, notes of dates and oats and the earthy cacoa beans with a kick of pepper was just the right blend and gave off the right aroma to help me start and uplift my day. It made me feel happier to get up and work my way through, my mind felt more relaxed due to the aroma and it is certainly by no means your standard herbal tea, oh so much more and much more luxurious.
I have tried Anne Semonin products before thanks to the beauty wizards at MINTD, so I was ecstatic to try these express radiance ice cubes. Pop these darling little pots in the freezer for a few hours or leave them in there, and when ready, pop just one out and wrap it in the gauze provided and smooth over the eye area to help revitalise tired eyes. With botanical extracts of wild indigo, this instant boosting radiance miracle is perfect for me and you too, especially as I've had a few sleepless nights, as Leanora has been up most nights due to her eczema playing up and my dark eyes are recharged thanks to the active serum de-puffing and reducing dark circles and wrinkles.
Ok now listen, I've only tried a few Sunday Riley products, but I am keen to work my way through them all. I've been using the Sunday Riley C.E.O C + E micro-dissolve cleansing oil like it is going out of fashion and I must confess I am in love. As soon as I get home and start my nighttime beauty routine, I reach for this cleansing oil, it is ever so light. It can be used to remove makeup, but I always like to have a little extra help for that, but I find that if I've not got too much of heavy makeup applied that this does the trick. A glorious cocktail of gentle white willow bark and lime pearl extracts works to gently refresh the skin, whilst the turmeric and vitamin C provide antioxidant-rich, calming skin support, helping to leave my skin cleansed, I have to say that it is a pleasure to use, plus it smells great and feels great on my sensitive skin too.

With snowy weathers, a girls night out and twinning pj's there are so many must have favourites this week to get us all in to the festive spirit.

Gloomy wintery weather should not get you or your skin down!
With the recent snowfall, slush, rain and harsh weathers, you are going to need to protect your skin more than ever, don't let this weather bully your skin, bully it right back with a little help with MINTD!

As the weather drops, so can the look of your hands and I've raved about it before, the African Botanics Hand Cream and I am going to rave about it all over again. This stuff is perfect and gives you just the boost of hydration that you need from this rich cream, it is also a great treatment for those that suffer from chapped, sensitive and irritated skin. So if you do suffer from irritations do not be put off by this hand cream which smells insane thanks to the calming ingredients of geranium and rosemary, I assure you, even I who suffers from sensitive skin, I've reached for this product time and time again, it has even helped calm my dry hands and bring them back to life thanks to the nourishing oils, butters and botanical ingredients.
I've been taking the POTION London hyaluronic acid for a few weeks now, 3 to be precise! Did you know that almost half the body’s hyaluronic acid is found in the collagen of your skin! It is the moisture retaining properties of hyaluronic acid which keep the skin hydrated and looking plump and smooth. So needlessly to say, you know i've not been a fool to let these go, yes I can say that it has worked for me and it will for you too, but I think that is a stretch as everyone reacts differently and notices different results, for me I have seen a change not a drastic one but a good one, and I have faith that if I keep on taking these supplements my skin will reap the benefit of it.

Well, first of all, let me say this, it is pricey, Rodial Skincare Dragon’s Blood Velvet Cream at £75 hence why I've been reluctant to buy it myself, but that is the great thing about MINTD the SAVINGS! For those in there 30's or for those that suffer from red patches, then guys this is the product for you. This cream is rich, but no way at all greasy I've noticed that my skin in the morning
as I like to use this cream at night does look plumper and hydrated and less red in the morning, is it worth its weight in dragon blood? Yes, every penny.
Winter is a total nightmare on our skin, the cold weather strips off our natural moisture which can leave our face very vulnerable, but with Tula's, exfoliating treatment mask which I like to apply a thin layer of, as a little goes a long way a few times a week after my nighttime cleanse, this mask just gives it that extra cleanse and exfoliation all whilst restoring moisture back in to your skin. Something I've recently noticed is that mud mask does not put back moisture, but instead I find that it dries out the skin further, and that is not what I want in winter or any other months.
