Yes, most of us hate Monday's but I've learnt to embrace them, each week is a new week, which comes with new opportunities and I like to be ahead of the game and get productive for my Monday and use my Sunday's wisely.

GET YOUR CLOTHES READY THE NIGHT BEFORE!

I like to be ahead of the game, giving me more time on a Monday morning to actually get ready at a leisurely pace, instead of running around like a mad woman and leaving the house in a sweaty mess.

MEAL PREP

Weekends, I like to get organised and buy only what I need for the coming week, which seems like a good option right! I know, I am right, this way I keep spending to a minimum and its a great way to help budget and eat really well for the coming week instead of over buying and over spending and sticking to what I have in the fridge.

A LITTLE SELFCARE

Sunday's are meant to be for you, to kick back recharge and get your ducks in a row! Now, am I right we all probably have a vast amount of skin and haircare so lets put it to good use and take care of our skin and hair and relax with a little pamper session, deep condition your hair all in the luxury of your own home.

GET UP EARLY

I hate to be late, being late can really set me off for a bad day, so I like to get up early, stretch and workout along with creating a todo list for the day. I find getting up a little bit early really sets me up for the day ahead, plus the sun is rising earlier so I like to make the most of it.

I try not to make any New Year resolutions as a few days in, I know I am already going to give it up, and that is why instead I like to put in to practice some tips to live by, tips that are more than manageable and certainly achievable.

As parents we are more than capable of nudging our children in the right direction, so why is that I find that I struggle to put my own advise in to practice. This year, especially after the last two years we have all gone through in this pandemic, I've decided to pull up my big girl panties and set my self goals, targets, call it what you like but tips to help me through the new year and I certainly plan on adding to the list - Check out some I've listed below!

1. Put my phone down

Guilty as charged right here. I say to myself I’ll only be on it for 2 minutes, I’ve just got check my emails real quick, which turn into Instagram, TikTok, Leanoras crafty YouTube setup, LTK a little edit and tweak over on Lightroom and a sneak peak at the daily mail, before you know it, a good eight hours have passed and that’s me only at work and I've yet to check the emails.

It’s so easy to get lost in to your phone and clock up hours, but I plan on restricting my time, jut simply dedicating a period and sticking to it, so I can be more present in the real world, spend more time with Leanora, even unpack and fix the radiator cover I brought a few weeks ago and put that up and free up some space in the hallway to even read my latest book by Lisa Jewell.

2. Let’s go do it

I am the worse, I can easily talk myself out of something. Take for instance the other day, well to be fair I was shattered and just worked a 6 day week and was out with Leanora and Mum the day before at the most amazing exhibition this year to date, (can you see me procrastinating ) which you can see on my Instagram and TiKTok . I woke up on the Sunday did the house work then realised we had tickets booked for ice skating and I was cream crackered (shattered) and I just hit a brick wall, now the thing is If we had gone, I knew we would of had an amazing time, but maybe laziness took over, kinda hoping it's tiredness, but these little thongs shouldn't prevent us from going out and having a blast, after all we've been locked up long enough due to COVID. So any opportunity to go out and have fun, lets go and do it, you won't regret it.

3.Meal prep

I started this last year and become a bit of a nut at it. Every two weeks I sit down and think about what I or we want to eat, this is A great one to budget B helps you to reduce waste and I am all hear for that.

It can take a little time, but that is fine, this is what you and your family will be consuming over the next few weeks, plus its a major money saviour, I couldn't imagine going to the supermarket everyday and buying ingredients on a daily basis, plus its a great time saver on cooking, especially if you batch cook and put the extras in the freezer to eat another day.

4. Take care of your body

I kind of let this go a bit, especially now back at work full time and picking up extra time in the office on a weekend, it is so easy to just take 30 minutes each day to help take care of your body, be it a little morning yoga or meditation, a quick HIIT on youtube to even simply consuming water.

I invested time to find a few good people to follow on youtube to help me get fit, which is an added bonus on saving money and going to the gym and bought a few water bottles and a big brita filter to help with our daily water intake and adding a little healthier lifestyle will certainly get those endorphins going.

Have you got any tips that you find helps you, if so let me know in the comments below.

Stay well, stay safe.

It is super important to take care of yourself, easier said then done am I right! But with my birthday fast approaching, life changing, work load growing, kids getting older, cat needing to go to the vet and requiring an operation! I've found I have a lot on my plate and need to re-adjust the way that my current situation is set up, more importantly for me and my health to be a better version of me. and have a better balance in life

It took me a while, a good while to think and then put into practice what I need doing and adjusting that way I make sure that I do things, as I can at time procrastinate way to much and in the end never get anything done, however with little tweaks here and there, here are 5 ways I've found  To Have A Healthy Work / Mum Life Balance.

Learning to breathe again

Every day make time for you, take a moment and time out even for 5 minutes to just sit there and breathe, relax your mind, with a little meditation to help clear and realign your head, it can literally do wonders for you

Plan your day

I am an organised feind, before I was pretty flexible about how my day went, but that could lead to issues, like forgetting its school jumper or harvest day, even having a dentist appointment, so now I map out each week and I outline what I have going on for the week and can always add to where necessary and I can tick it off as I go along, planning ahead is key to give you a more peaceful mind.

Think of you

Sometimes we are expected to be superwomen and it's ok to not be, after all you are human and there is only one of you. There are some people who think if I do it all I will be fulfilled and happy and you know what I bet you're not, I was not.

I decided to take time out for me get me sorted and allow a little time for me to let my hair down, being it the smallest of things, reading a book, getting my nails done, to even letting my daughter stay at my mothers for the night, so I can go out and meet friends or even have a cheeky night in, with a glass of wine and Netflix and Chill whilst in the bath., it the little things you know!

Meal plan

Rush, rush rush, cook, cook, cook! This is all I did, when I got home from work and school pick up and I would literally throw a meal together, whilst it was good and tasty, it could been tastier.

Every Thursday I take 10 minutes out and sit down and think about what we are going to eat and create a menu and shopping list, so come the weekend I can pick up all that I need and Sunday prep where necessary and normally the day of said dish that I'll be cooking I'll have some of the items out, such a spaghetti and onions, or tinned tomaotes for example, so when I'm home I grab the last necessary bits of the fridge or cupboards.

Slow down and have fun

With a busy job, homework it can get a lot and you can easily forget to have a little fun, that is why every weekend I always plan on doing something a little fun with Leanora, we recently went to the cinema and I forgot how nice it was to be in one, then grabbed a bite after, the following day went ice skating and I highly recommend booking in some fun quality family time

I get a lot of questions, asking what do Leanora and I do during this pandemic, weekends and during the half term. The answer is everything and anything.

We’ve become a bit of gamers in my household, ever since I got Leanora the Nintendo switch, we’ve been getting crafty and building our own personal heaven on Animal Crossing to something a little bit more scary Luigi Mansions. I’ve got so bad, I’ve been sneakily playing it when Leanora’s gone to bed. I have to admit, we even play friends online, which is a great way of keeping in touch and spending socially distanced time together, a great console for family and friends I can recommend it enough.

With it being Easter we’ve been making some tasty treats, such as our Lemon and Pistachio cake and our adorable bunny biscuits, both never last very long in our house. Being able to bake together as a family brings us closer together, well until L gets flour everywhere and blames poor Milo!

We are a family who loves to create and design, so this Easter we decided instead of buying cards for our friends and family, we decided to roll our sleeves up, get the glue, googley eyes and scissors out and a few bottles of glitter and design our own. This adds a bit more of a personal touch, plus it’s a lot of fun, me I get really stuck in probably more than I should, it certainly brings out my inner child and imagination.

I don’t know what is up with kids, but they are always drawing on themselves, Leanora drew a little heart and when questioned she thought it was a good idea, as I had a tattoo so why not her! Well where do I begin......girl your 6 haha! But whilst she has been rejected to ever mark her body, I thought what not make an activity out of it and let’s draw, on paper and who can design the best picture. We found some really cool tattoo fonts online on the fonts bundle website.

Still having our creative hats on we decided a bit of tie dye was in order, a few white T-shirt’s looking a little old we decided to bring them back to life and add a little colour to our tees.

Everyone’s favourite game MONOPOLY I mean every household has this game am I right! Now Leanora being of an age, I bought the Junior Monopoly and I’ve never had so much fun, only a few tears and tantrums, which pretty much came from me as Leanora kicked my butt at it! Maybe Ludo is in order..

With our favourite bookstore still closed, has not stopped us from reading. We’ve brought a tonne of books and what better way to expand our minds than with some really great literature.

Now that we can meet up with friends and family out doors, we’ve been taking advantage of this dry weather, grabbing coffee and hot chocolate and heading out for a stroll, which is so beautiful due to all the cherry blossoms trees having bloomed.

Every week, we get our main and pedis on! Nothing quite like a day of pampering, this weeks shade of nails is green.

We love a movie night, we grab the duvet all our fave snacks then kick back, Netflix and chill and watch a movie, we just watched Raya and the Last Dragon, it was absolutely excellent, so much so we’ve watched like 5 times already.

There you go folks, are top 10 things to do this Easter.

Let me know what you and your family get up too in the comments below we are always looking for new ideas, new crafts and activities to do! Don’t forget you can also tag me over on Instagram or by using the #LondonMumma tag to show us what you get up to!

Dating long distance can be hard, whilst it can be fun because you can travel and see outside your post code and visit new sites with a loving companion it’s not always feesable and can even cause a strain on our relationship.

As you know I’ve been dipping back my toe in the dating pool and I have recently started dating a friend who did just live a little too far, whilst he is a great guy he is just not a local guy! I mean yeah I’m busy with being a parent and working full time So I would not of been able to spend as much time together as we would like, it did  get me thinking would it really last and was this fledging relationship worth it for one another.

We met at a friends party overseas and always kept in touch. It can seem like a fairly tale at the best of times, knowing you are out of town spending quality time with a new person having fun exploring somewhere completely different and leaving all worries behind. The best part was bringing in my suitcase to the office on Friday itching to get out of work and whisked off for a romantic adventure, I literally did no work over the period we were dating on a Friday, just could not get my head into the game, all I could think about is heading out for dinner and picking and deciding where we were going to eat, lunch the next day to our boozy afternoons spent people watching in the pub before a long walk by the river and heading home to get changed to party the night away.

Sunday’s were hard, I felt utterly heartbroken, I think more for the sake of my own sense of freedom that I craved as well as spending time with someone I cared about, but by the time I got home it got me thinking is this what I want a weekend here and there stolen on or something more solid and close to home, did I want to date someone so far away?????

Clearly not, as we both came to a mutual understanding, but we are still great friends and think we are better off this way than in a dating relationship that was too long distance for either of us.

So back to the drawing board and back on the dating sites, something a little more close to home and there I search for a London dating site. Keeping it close to home not only saves you that extra cash to get a few more extra drinks in or order a double portion of calamari to even getting you that new dress you also get to realise how many singles there are in London, who doesn’t Love London Singles!

I can happily inform you that I’m back on the sites and I have a friend who just moved and he too is on his local Buckinghamshire dating sites so know matter where you are in the country you can find Love Buckingham Singles to you lovely London Singles too.

Have you guys ever dated long distance, did it work for you or maybe not, even would you do it again travel the world to see that someone

Us driven career women, can find it hard to balance a work and dating relationship, especially when we are focused and ambitious and want our careers to thrive and that’s an amazing thing, but us career minded women can forget to step away from the career woman and become a fun loving dating woman.

Do you find yourself dipping in and out, jumping from one dating app to the other!!? Me too! Never sure which one you’ll find your perfect match on who has swiped you back, or maybe so and it’s not worked out or maybe it has.

2020 a brand new year, a brand new you and for me I’m going to change my dating habits and be a little more proactive in hopes of finding the one. But where to start, can be the tricky thing.
With a New Year comes New Year resolutions which can easily be applied to our dating habits

Get Appy
Well Match Me Happy is what I say, whilst free dating apps have had a bad rep, due to unsolicited emails, to well out there lies which is easily noticeable on that first date, but the whole part about being single and wanting to get out there and date is all about being willing to be open in meeting new people, so putting a little more effort and time in to the app world.

Take A Chance & Slide
Slide in to someone’s DM’s whilst some may feel it’s preposterous, heck I do! But I am gonna put my big girl pants on and say hey! You never know it could work out, so if you see what you like, take a chance. (is it me or do you feel an ABBA song is about to come on??)

Build That Confidence
Confidence is key when it comes to dating. When you are out of it for a while, who knows where to start, but by picking up messaging someone and downloading the app, starting a conversation is a great way to build your confidence and with each date and conversation it gets easier.

Get You Priorities straight
I mean first and foremost I’m a mother and in my mid 30’s! By now I know what I want and what I am looking for and what to not waste my time on, my priorities and yours are what’s important, to dating a shed load, to waning quality time to myself or with my family, don’t forget to put you first, after all there is only one you, take care of you and everything else will fall into its place.

Get Dating Advice
We all have a bunch of friends we can talk to and be frank with and we all have that one friend or two that are serial daters and multi-date well! By speaking with your friends it’s a great way on getting tips on the dating world and i guarantee you everyone has a different nugget of advice to offer you

Hang out
Not gonna meet someone sitting on tosh now am I, so go hangout with friends at the bar, go for dinner meet and talk to people, super easy to just limit yourself to dating apps, but once you’ve swiped one you’ve swiped them all! Plus it will also take you out of your area, so if you wanna get swiping you’ll be able to meet that new some and fresh meat on the app

Have you got any New Year dating resolutions or tips, let me know in the comments below!

I love nothing more than curling up in bed, before I sleep I like to unwind with a good book I try not to watch tv, as I feel like I can not switch off or if I even dare look at my phone and scroll through Instagram, that is it I've just spent the better part of 2 hours wired on my phone and find it hard to switch off and sleep.

I have never been to be fair the greatest sleeper, a million years ago when I used to work as a stylist in the day and then as an event manager at night, I used to turn to sleeping tablets to help aid me to get a good relaxing sleep, I soon learnt that this is not healthy nor a long term solution and certainly do not recommend it to anyone.

As you know I am trying to turn over a new healthy outlook this 2019, so when I heard about moon milk a natural tea to help you rest better I was game for trying it, plus it fits nicely in with my new outlook on wellness.

Moon Milk is essentially a jazzed up warm milk, as a kid I was never a fan of warm milk, probably why I was restless, up all night reading, instead of getting my good 8 hours in. Moon Milk is more of a jazzed up adult version of warm milk, with calming cinnamon and natural honey you can even put some turmeric in to it which has many health benefits, plus it gives it a great colour. You would of seen last year all the different hues and variations of Moon Milk sprung up all over Instagram.

I decided to opt for Oat Milk for my version of Moon Milk, it tastes better, plus it regulates sugar levels, can reduce bloating and cholesterol also, but any milk can be used, from normal cows milk, to almond, coconut or soya go nuts after all you will be consuming it so modify to your tastes.

Also, to achieve this blue colour I added butterfly pea flower tea not only for the colour but it too can help reduce stress, but you can leave it out if you wish. For example I used honey, you could use your favourite sweetener or maple syrup even  or if you don't want to add a slight sweetness, the choice is yours, it is all about your own personal taste.

Ingredients

1 cup milk of your favourite milk
1 tablespoon of honey
1 teaspoon butterfly pea flower powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon of freshly ground nutmeg, or to your taste

Directions
  1. Heat up a small saucepan over medium-low heat, whisk together milk with honey, butterfly pea powder, and spices until powder is dissolved and milk is warm
  2. Once nice and warm whizz up with an electric mixer to give you a nice froth on top
  3. Pour into warm mug, relax and enjoy
Lindsey

I strive to achieve great glowing skin, strong hair and nails, and boundless of energy to keep up with L. But alas now in my 30s and body changing due to pregnancy and pushing out a kid, I know and feel my body is missing and needing something extra.
The last time I had taken supplements was whilst pregnant and after, but a few months after Leanora was born I never took them again. Whilst I buy for Leanora the strawberry flavoured vitamin gummies, that I am sure most of us had as kiddos, I never pick any up for myself, most likely as for me I’m always an afterthought and as long as Leanora is good that’s good enough for me. Undoubtedly not a great way to think, L needs me to be strong and healthy and wants me to have a all the good things she has too (which I think maybe wine - NOT FOR HER! JUST ME!) from her vitamins, so when Link Nutrition got in touch it felt right and as the New Year was approaching and wanting to change and have a healthier lifestyle come 2019 it was the right decision.
Link Nutrition is a premium high-quality health supplement brand bursting with natural ingredients. They are the missing link between food and supplements, by bridging the nutritional gap a health booster if you will. Most food-based supplements are filled with synthetics containing isolated forms of vitamins and minerals, whereas Link Nutrition pride themselves in avoiding the fillers, binders and anticaking agents that feature in most synthetic supplements.
Mushroom Plus
Mushroom plus is the perfect all-rounder, packed with turmeric powder, known for it's anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, makes it great for the gut for those that like me can suffer from bloating, this supplement is suitable for vegans and those that also like me are on a gluten-free diet.
Vitamin D3
This is the perfect winter supplement. When in sunlight our bodies naturally create's Vitamin D3, but now we are amassed in mostly darkness are body and bones need a little help and these supplements help keep our bones, teeth and muscles healthy.
Vitamin C
This Vitamin C & Bioflavanoids is essential to have for a healthy lifestyle, it especially helps to combat colds. Vitamin C has been proven to contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system and taken daily, it does just that.
Since taking the Link Nutrition tablets, I have felt a lot better inside and out a lot less bloating and even perkier in the morning. The only downside about these supplement tablets is that they can sometimes feel like they are sitting on your chest, so make sure to drink PLENTY of water to help wash it down. it is probably due to the casing sticking!  I like to start my day with these and take just after breakfast at work. The containers are quite large so not ideal carrying them around, so I always fill up my Mon-Sunday pill box and pop it in my bag so it is always with me.
Lindsey xx

The past few weeks have been a total madness, from changing a new job to starting one, to keeping up with my 4 year old 's social life and Christmas school play, from managing the house and everything in between and waking up in the middle of the night, thinking of what needs to be done tomorrow, it can be hard to switch off!

Last week, I did just that, I had to find that nice slow groove and slow down, for my own piece of mind and to recharge and take care of myself. Whilst I love what I do and enjoy being busy, I am  forever grateful, but at times we just need to take it easy, after all there is only one of me and one of you, this does not have to be taking time off, for days on end, even the smallest of things and setting time aside can help.

Monday Cook-Off
I can normally get home at 10 - 11 pm of a night from work, whilst being out the house for 15 hours is not ideal, it happens and I come home grab a quick bite to eat, before hitting the bed, but last week I changed that I took a little time to get out earlier and get home and spend time with my family I even managed to cook and I loved it, I felt so much more relaxed, just because it is the first day of the week, does not mean I have to smash it from the get-go.

Whilst this may not seem like self-care, it truly felt it. I felt more invigorated just spending time with family and cooking, even though the kitchen was left looking like a war zone, the mushroom and lentil bolognese was a hit, Leanora and I sat on the kitchen floor and ate it, giggling about our day whilst enjoying our meal surrounded by pasta on the walls.

Read It
So you know I am a major fan of books, I actually have not read anything new for a little while, because I've been so busy. But I treated myself for my Birthday and started Michelle Obama's, Becoming and it is amazing, but I'll fill you in more later in the week when I finally bring out my latest book club reads.

Armed with a book, on route to work and a little reading before bed, is just so relaxing. It is about finding that balance to break away from work and the constant go of life, to help you switch off, be it even watching a movie or a fave tv show, we are currently loving Dynasties documentary on a Sunday.

Midweek pamper
Nothing like switching off, then a little beauty self-care, that midweek pick me up and a little indulgence to help you feel better and relaxed is perfect. With Christmas fast approaching I wanted to save some money, so I bought some beauty bits from Feelunique and had an at home pampering session.

After a long hot soak, a bath filled with essential bath oils, some candles burning, my new fave podcast on in the background and freshly polished nails., by the time I got into bed, tucked up with a book, I felt less stressed, re-energised and mentally renewed. My body and my find felt great immediately leading me to have better and non broken sleep. I totally recommend taking time out with a pamper night at least once a week as a must.

Stretch it out
I have to confess I always try to find a million excuses to not go or work out at home, it is too cold, it's too dark, I've not slept enough, I got too much work to do, the gym is going to be busy I won't be able to get a slot avail;able for a class, you can see where I am going with this right!

So last week, I made sure to get in at least two works in the morning, if I can not attend a class, I got up 30 minutes earlier, rolled out my mat and stretched it out. I felt leaner after yoga and stronger after a 30-minute pilates session and you can instantly feel the benefits in your mind, body, and soul. I learned the importance after a work out on taking care of one's self, I felt ready for my day and able to tackle whatever comes my way and charged with life and positivity and anything negative I may have been thinking or holding on to, simply went away.

It is about doing small things to help you switch off, feel rested and energised to be able to manage your days and weeks. Instead of doing all of this on a Sunday to prep me for the week, it's about doing a little each day.

What would you do with your week or day to help you switch off?

London Mumma

There are times when we wake up for no apparent reason just in a bad mood or a little sad, totally unexplainable! Whilst tomorrow is a new day and you know you will feel better then, what's important is how you are feeling and coping today, the day that you are in a funk.

Whilst it sucks being in this oh-my-gosh-the-world-is-coming-to-an-end space space that I would never wish upon anyone, but, if you are, these are some useful tips to ease that pain and lift your mood.

Work Out
Work it out guys! Nothing more invigorating and great for the mind, body and spirit than a little intense work out. Be it in a bad mood because of a relationship, the kids getting on your tits, workload is manic or your going through a sticky situation, instead of bottling up those negative feelings, punch, stretch or HIIT it out at the gym or sign up to a class, not a fan of classes on your own grab some of the girl gang and have fun with it.

Meditate
To rid that doom and gloom, I like to find a quiet place for 10-15 minutes, 5 minutes if I am strapped for time and at work and really need to clear my head, I head to the bathroom to get my thoughts together, close my eyes and woosa it out when I am in a stressful situation and need a clear mind. Nothing wrong with taking a moment for yourself to get things in order.

Read
Nothing better than reading to broaden the mind and to get lost in a good book to lift the spirits. Any time I need a distraction from my own negative thoughts and bad mood, I pick up a worthy book to help digest and refresh my mind, be it a self-help, to help get to grips with my emotions or a selection of reads that I buy each month.

How do you  cope with a bad mood? Would love to hear your comments below!

Sun is shining, bees are buzzing, the birds are chirping, the grass is freshly mowed, you have a refreshing drink in hand what more could you ask for on a delightfully sunny day........

Well to be able to enjoy it, that's what. Hay fever, my arch nemesis we dual again and I fear that you are winning, but fret not dear old friend I am ready to battle and face you, even if that means clawing at my incessant itchy eyes and ripping my irritated nose off, I shall face and beat you.

Over the recent weeks the pollen count has been going up and up, therefore intensifying itchy eyes and nose, a flare up of eczema and everything that comes with it too. Whilst some say  it's best to stay at home, shut the windows and lock yourself away from this glorious weather, to hell with that let's not let pollen rid us of our god giving right to bask in this sun, roll in the grass, ok too much, but I'll help you find a remedy to help suppress our sore itchy eyes and not so cute sneezes.

Whilst we can't entirely run from hayfever apparently there are a few remedies that can help suppress the tiresome hayfever effects. I personally prefer the natural way, I try to steer clear of tablets when I can, so far I am yet to take a tablet. First up honey, yeah I know your thinking that is mad, but if you are fortunate enough, locally made honey, which you can find at independent stores or in the farmers market is said to be a great natural remedy in helping the pollen go down and building up the immune to it. Vitamin C is a natural antihistamine, so drink or eat up on all your oranges, Green tea also strengthens the immune system and acts as a natural antihistamine, whilst Peppermint tea relieves nasal and sinus congestion.

If that does not help, Vision Direct certainly can. For those that order their contact lenses online at vision direct, you can buy these items that they kindly sent me, the majority they do not usually sell such as the hand gel or vaseline, from there site at an affordable price, more affordable than the high street. Vision Direct understand the importance of taking care of our eyes and know what those who suffer from hay fever go through. I have to say the box has been a life saver, the hay fever survival kit came with my favourite sweets 2 packets of Haribo, which lasted all of 10 seconds, 5 seconds it took me to demolish each bag, some herbal tea, which is known to help with hay fever, due to its anti-inflammatory agent, plus it can double up as a compress for the eyes. Antibacterial hand sanitizer, never a fan, but has come in handy and kept my hands clean, whilst coming off the tube and continuously rubbing my eyes. Vaseline also in the box, apparently is supposed to be used and applied to the rim of the nose to help stop pollen from resting on irritated nose as a form of barrier, to help suppress sneezing. The one thing, my favourite thing to come out of this box has to be the eye drops. Since I've been swamped with pollen-induced raging sore eyes, this has been my lifesaver, my eyes have been drying, my lenses have been cripy, even the corners of my eyes are sore, the Ever Clear drops have refreshed, hydrated and moisturised my eyes, god knows where I would be, if it wasn't for these eye drops, a few squeezes in each eye, throughout the day whenever needed helps to relieve the irritation.
