I love nothing more than stocking up on some fresh vegetables on a weekly basis.

I do love to change it up each week, but we have some staples. such as avocados, basil and courgettes which I use in a multiples ways and basil is a key ingredients for  my famous homemade pesto which I make on a weekly basis.

I find that I feel so much better since we started to eat a lot more vegetables, we have changed our eating style in my home, we do not eat as much meat as we used to which is great, plus its get's me making and eating new dishes that I would not of eaten before.

Courgettes, my all time favouite, be it with pasta or using it as a pasta or my guilty pleaseure, making them in to fritters I find that courgettes are super versatile in dishes whilst most people think they are only best for summertime dishes I personally feel they are great all year round.

I eat an Avocado at least 5 times a week, particuarlly for breakfast, well certainly on a Sunday when I havee bacon sarnie just to feel better abot eating a tonne of bacon! Another guilty pleasure by means of eating Avocados is, I know a little controversial but it is great in a chocholate mousse.

Romaine lettuce, I love a goodsalad, as a side dish or as a maine for lucnch,  thete are so manny different varaitites but I found wouuld that both Leanora and I love in the form of the Romaine, it's got a great bite and holds it wesight if appkying a dressing.

Caulliflower, I mean a champion in veg. I love to roast it with a some cumin and a splash of olvie oil, grated and used a rice, if I want something lighter and less carby or in the colder months as a soup, it is truly one of our vegetables.

Mushrooms, now most people are not fans, me I can happilly eat mushrooms all day, be it a chestnnut, shitakie or my favourite enoki in a lovely brothy ramen, but always on a pizza, sneaked in to my bolognese meticulously hidden from Leanora, or on a Friday night curled up on a sofa, served on top of a cream bed of polenta.

I hope you enjoyed thiis post and been inspprired to try some of my family favourite vegetable haul, I would love to hear what yours are.

To find out more of family favourites, you can do so  by following me over on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.

Have a woonderful day.

Have you ever woken up and thought, WOW where did the weekend go, it's literally flown by with a blink of an eye?! Yep my too gurl, and guess what I gotta great way on extending your weekend, all beginning on a Sunday!

Watch a feel good show, nothing quite lifts your spirits then watching something that will put a smile on your face and keep you giggling, I am currently loving Dollface which was introduced to me by my friend Jamie and he said this show will be right up my alley a feel good, girl boss show about a girl who gets dumped by here boyfriend, she then has an imaginary cat friend who guides her through her journey and encourages her to build back her female friendships which she left behind. You can watch Dollface on Disney +.

Currently reading The Guest List and it is incredible in so many ways and has become my weekend companion, so much so I've only a few chapters left, of this whodunit thriller. I find reading really helps my mind and especially when it is something you enjoy and I find that it is the perfect way to extend your weekend, by knowing you have completed something that you have enjoyed.

Leanora and I have been currently eating a lot of vegetarian and vegan meals and making loads of pesto and using it many different ways, with pasta, sandwiches and even in our salads, don't worry, i'll be sharing our super easy recipe soon I always find making something with Leanora fun and that is what Sundays should be fun, creating something with your loved ones or friends, will never give you those Sunday blues.

Plan something fun for the evening, such as an exercise class, a spot of yoga or pliates or even go swimming, it will take your mind off thinking about Monday and will give you something to look forward too.

Lastly, don't get too hung up about Monday, just enjoy your Sunday YOUR way!!

Yes, most of us hate Monday's but I've learnt to embrace them, each week is a new week, which comes with new opportunities and I like to be ahead of the game and get productive for my Monday and use my Sunday's wisely.

GET YOUR CLOTHES READY THE NIGHT BEFORE!

I like to be ahead of the game, giving me more time on a Monday morning to actually get ready at a leisurely pace, instead of running around like a mad woman and leaving the house in a sweaty mess.

MEAL PREP

Weekends, I like to get organised and buy only what I need for the coming week, which seems like a good option right! I know, I am right, this way I keep spending to a minimum and its a great way to help budget and eat really well for the coming week instead of over buying and over spending and sticking to what I have in the fridge.

A LITTLE SELFCARE

Sunday's are meant to be for you, to kick back recharge and get your ducks in a row! Now, am I right we all probably have a vast amount of skin and haircare so lets put it to good use and take care of our skin and hair and relax with a little pamper session, deep condition your hair all in the luxury of your own home.

GET UP EARLY

I hate to be late, being late can really set me off for a bad day, so I like to get up early, stretch and workout along with creating a todo list for the day. I find getting up a little bit early really sets me up for the day ahead, plus the sun is rising earlier so I like to make the most of it.

There is nothing more than I love, than a little family time, especially in April as this is when I have a little time off from work, which I get to spend with Leanora and family and friends, plus its Easter. Easter is time when the daffodils  bloom, spring has finally come plus, we get to eat all the chocolate we want and not regret it.

Lemon and Pistachio Cake
Nothing quite screams spring more than lemons, it fresh and tasty and combine that with pistachio nuts in to a cake and its like spring has sprung and tickle your taste buds with this beautiful cake to share with family and friends.

Easter Egg Hunt
Who doesn't love a good Easter egg hunt, for those with families or even if you don't, get some friends round a for a fun game of hunting for some eggs and other little treats. What I love about this game you can personalise it your needs, great creative and create some fun colorful bunting and other decorations and personalise it with the players names this is something that you can get everyone involved in.

Easter Meringue Delight
With left over mini eggs and a whole load of fresh eggs and cream, this is a sure fire crowd please, this super light Easter meringue delight, perfect treat after all the Easter egg hunting.

Lamb Shawarma
No Easter is complete without a tasty lamb dish, we are huge shawarma fans and we've used a lovely leg of lamb which is enough to feed the whole family and tasty left over lunch the following day. Super easy to make just click on here for the recipe.

Let me know if you make these tasty recipes or have your own Easter egg hunt in the comments below or by tagging me over on Instagram and using the #LondonMummaEats tag or save over on Pinterest to try for a later date.

Guys, we have tried and tested some great restaurants all thanks to Square Meal sourcing some fabulous eateries this Spring in the UK.

With the Square Meal website which is easy to use and navigate around, which you can find here https://www.squaremeal.co.uk/ you are able to find the likes of Gallio, which you can read all about this wonderful new Mediterranean restaurant here based in the heart of Canary Wharf, London A Mediterranean delight  and many more in the area.

The sun is finally shining and the daffodils are blooming in the UK and all I want to do is dine alfresco, be it here in London or little further afield for a little weekend getaway to the beach, such a Brighton with Leanora!

When it comes to dining out and where to go and always wanting to try something new, Square Meal are able to help me source just what I am looking for via their easy to use search fields, which enable me to narrow down just what I am after, be it a roof terrace restaurant with a buzzy family vibe, a chilled beer garden to even a nice quaint little eatery with a water view dining experience, which is perfect for a day date to see you in to the glorious evening giving you the perfect sunset back drop.

Since the early 1990s when Square Meal was first launched, they have come leaps and bounds and offer so many alternative places to have new dining experiences, along with helping those who even may be looking for a venue for a birthday party or christening, they even can help source your wedding venue to recipes, so if you are not wanting to dine out and want to cook a slap up meal they are there to help assist you with this and so much  more.

Dining out for me is all about the experience and that it has to offer as well memories that you get to create with family and friends. Leanora and I recently went to Circolo Popolare and the atmosphere, was electrifying, we went for an early lunch and the place was heaving, it was lively the staff were amazing and the venue, I mean wow absolutely stunning you must go it is absolutely spectacular and the food was out of this world good. Circolo Popolare, brings you true classic Sicillian dishes from Italy right to your table in the heart of London and it is not too badly priced also. I have also been meaning to try out it's other sister restaurants also located in London, but they do have others too around the world from Madrid to Paris and other countries.

This is what I love about Square Meal, they are able to bring so many new and great places together all in one place for you to try  and explore new dishes from all over the world right here in the UK. and with it being bank holiday and few extra days off work, I truly recommend checking them out to see what they have on offer.

Disclaimer: this is a paid collaborative post but all words are my own

I am always looking for a way to end screen time and the sneakiest and I must say smartest way, is by introducing movie night! Leanora loves it and I do too, not only it brakes her away from the screen, this is a time for us to make life long memories share stories and watch movies together and we've got 4 must see family movies this weekend. So grab the popcorn and all those household famous treats and don't forget the kids and snuggle up for movie night.

Turning Red

We are big Disney fans and the latest installment from them is Turning Red, we watch this family favourite near enough every day. Turning Red features Mei, a 13-year-old Chinese-Canadian student who, due to a hereditary curse, transforms into then fluffiest red panda and with friends in tow trys to battle this curse, when brought on by her teenage emotions.

Onward

A Pixar animation following two brothers on a laugh out loud on an epic journey to see if magic truly exsists.

Sing 2

My favourite all time feel good sing a long movie Sing 2. If you are loved the first film the second is going to totally blow your mind, so do some vocal sing as you will be rocking the house with this amazing movie.

The Croods 2

Its all about the Croods vs the Bettermans in this second installment whilst looking for a new home for the Croods, they feel looked down upon by the Bettermans, but are the Bettermans hiding a secret in the beautifully captivating home?

Did someone say the sun is out and in London, you know what that means we are all going to be out out, safely mind you!

This weekend Leanora and I are going to make the most of it and we thought, lets not be selfish and share with you lovely lot 4 things to do this glorious sunny weekend.

Globalls - Brighton

Who doesn't love a day at the seaside, incorporate that with a bit of golf and your on to cracking day. This weekend we are actually off to Brighton for the day and I can not wait, I saw on Heysareta Instagram a few weeks back this totally insnae looking indoor golf course, which totally lit up in neon lights, the them was wildfile and I have to hit her up and find out about the awesome place! The tickets are extremely affordable for a round, I think even maybe cheaper than when we play in London, which is making me think I'm on to a winner, which then = ME WINNING....Finally?!?!? Probabnly not but it truly looks awesome and I can not wait for a round with Leanora.

Goboat

With London filled with promise of beaming sunshine, why not make the most of it and pack a lunch a little juice for the kids, a sneaky vino for you and higher a boat for a few hours and bask in the sunshine up and dowe the rivers of London, plus you get to be the captain as you get to steer the boat, plus not only is it family friendly you can bring your pet pooches too.

Seven Dials Market

We are major foodies and I know you guys are too, so grab a few people the more the merrier and head on down to Covent Garden for a leisurely stroll to build up that appetite, before settling in to the bustling food and drink market of Seven Dials, we have yet to been but school pickup is soon, so by the time you've read this we shall be there and I'll be making a bee line to Yum Bun first as I've heard good things, before we make our way around the market to try out the rest of it's goodies on offer.

Columbia Road Flower Market

We have no intention of staying in the house this weekend, well a little on Sunday to tidy up the garden before we head over to East London to visit Columbia Road Flower Market for some new beauties for our garden. This is a weekly trade every Sunday from 8am to 2pm, closest tubes are Bethnal Green or Hoxton overground. It is always bustling and you spot a face or two you know, we simply love the atmosphere and alol the beautiful flowers on offer you simply hate to leave any

If you can not make it this weekend, don't worry half term is fat approaching why not check out the above then.

Do you have any great adventures happening this weekend, let us know in the comments below or tag us over on Instagram.

Happy weekend all!

Reading is one of our favourite past times, we love to snuggle up on the sofa and get lost into a new adventure, we even take them out with us if we are out and about for the day!

I was a major reader when I was kid, I couls of easily read 3 books at time and dive in to more if needed and I am extremly grateful to say, that my daughter is the same way, took some persuading though not going to lie, but when she found what she loved, she couldn't stop.

Over the Christmas period, I was working and Leanora was at my mums home and my mother still has pretty much every single book that I read as a kid. Leanora found these books and I've not seen her face light up so much to read another.

The 90's kid in me was not a fan of WWE, so I decided to leave that to my brother, instead I preferred to head off out to the library and there it was, a shiny green book 'Stay out of the basement' by RL Stine! Yup, you guessed it, the Goosebumps collection.

I was hooked without hesitation and I wanted more, they were spooky, they were different but above all the kids always triumphed over evil and I loved the thrill it gave, with every page and word I just screamed for more. I eventually worked my way through the whole 50+ collection in no time and I generally forgot about the books until the movie came out, I then had a kid who is now aged 7 going on 27, she falls in love with a collection that I cherished so dear to my heart, and to see her turning the pages I turned as kid, smiling as I smiled and yearning for more.

She has read a few of mine, but I've just ordered a few spanking news one for her and for your kids, wanting to read something exciting fun a tad scary I say go for it with these fun loving books.

Have you or your children read any of the Gossebumps collections, if not what do they love reading?

With the forecast with rain a coming this weekend and I am scrambling to get out of work, do the final school run of the week and get home, all I can think about is Leanora and I's Friday night movie night where we our favourite family movies! Pj's on, hot coco in hand and the biggest bowl of popcorn and of course haribo we know the we have a got a cosy night ahead of us and we want to share that with you too and below we've listed 6 of our favourite family movies.

Blended

Nothing says family feel good comedy than blended, if it has Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore in you know you are going to be on to a hit. This all about two families coming together in the funniest and heartwarming way possible, even the kids do not want it to happen.

Encanto

The latest Disney hit, I mean we literally watch this at least twice a week and we know all the words to 'We don't talk about Bruno' The story is all about Mirabel and her family coming together stronger than ever after a termultious start to the family, which awarded them speciali abilities to protect their home town.

Luca

A beautiful story about a boy navigating his way out of the sea and into the real world, torn between the two and wanting to explore what the world above waters have to offer.

Hotel Transylvania

I mean we all know this movie and I simply am amazing by the funny story lines, Amazon Prime has gifted us with the latest and its another adventure following Drac and his family and friends through the magical life of  monsters and human, all whilst not wanting to retire from the first monster hotel.

Space Jam

I hated the first, reason being in the early 90s my brother made me watch this a million times a day, not well into my 30s and a mother, I can endure the movies, especially as there is a new one featuring Le Bron James and Buggs Bunny and the crew and talking of crew me and Leanora are not sick of watching the space jam of a movie.

Raya and the last dragon

Another favourite Disney movie Raya and the last dragon, beautifully animated movie set in the ficitional land of Kumantra, with Raya on the hunt to save civilastion by searching for the lat dragon who may just be able to help her

It are these times of the year that I love, with London fully open, the kids on half term and so many exciting things to do and see, plus eat and the weather being lush. We have listed 4 amazing things to do in London this half term with the kids, no kids don't worry it's something for even big kids too that don't have little's.

Theatre

We had the lovely opportunity recently to attend to watch Wicked, the musical, which were invited by  ATG (Ambassador Theater Group) they offer a great selection of affordable tickets online of the latest theatrical shows in London and I can not recommend Wicked enough, it is certainly defying gravity in awesomeness and we will definitely be watching this a second time, we loved it so much we downloaded the album for it. A trip to the theatre is amust this halfterm, so much so were going to see for the first time The Lion King, have you seen any of these shows?

Bowling

We are big bowlers in my house, granted I always lose but it is always still fun, we were invited to attend the recently refurbished Tenpin in Kingston for a game of bowling and dining, plus they have an amazing arcade to enjoy also, you ay remember seeing Leanora car racing over on our Intagram Reels.

British Museum

Leanora recently attended the British Museum for her school trip, they are currently learning all about the egyptians, and we are going back there this week to go and explore all things in relation to  Mummification, magic and ritual are investigate through the objects on display here, who said you can't learn on a half term.

Bubble Tea

We have a new found obsession with bubble tea, every week we always stock up on noodles and other goodies at our favourite Korean supermarket in Leciester Square, Oseyo and we love trying out there vast array of drinks and we have been trying loads and we are revierwing some canned bubble teas which will be uploaded later to our TikTok account. But we decided to upgrade and becomme conniseurs of bubble tea and our new favourite place to get fresh bubble tea is at Xing Fu Tang, they are littlerally to die for.

PS. If it helps I got a further 8 things to do this half term as well being London 5 family rainy day activities also.

I try not to make any New Year resolutions as a few days in, I know I am already going to give it up, and that is why instead I like to put in to practice some tips to live by, tips that are more than manageable and certainly achievable.

As parents we are more than capable of nudging our children in the right direction, so why is that I find that I struggle to put my own advise in to practice. This year, especially after the last two years we have all gone through in this pandemic, I've decided to pull up my big girl panties and set my self goals, targets, call it what you like but tips to help me through the new year and I certainly plan on adding to the list - Check out some I've listed below!

1. Put my phone down

Guilty as charged right here. I say to myself I’ll only be on it for 2 minutes, I’ve just got check my emails real quick, which turn into Instagram, TikTok, Leanoras crafty YouTube setup, LTK a little edit and tweak over on Lightroom and a sneak peak at the daily mail, before you know it, a good eight hours have passed and that’s me only at work and I've yet to check the emails.

It’s so easy to get lost in to your phone and clock up hours, but I plan on restricting my time, jut simply dedicating a period and sticking to it, so I can be more present in the real world, spend more time with Leanora, even unpack and fix the radiator cover I brought a few weeks ago and put that up and free up some space in the hallway to even read my latest book by Lisa Jewell.

2. Let’s go do it

I am the worse, I can easily talk myself out of something. Take for instance the other day, well to be fair I was shattered and just worked a 6 day week and was out with Leanora and Mum the day before at the most amazing exhibition this year to date, (can you see me procrastinating ) which you can see on my Instagram and TiKTok . I woke up on the Sunday did the house work then realised we had tickets booked for ice skating and I was cream crackered (shattered) and I just hit a brick wall, now the thing is If we had gone, I knew we would of had an amazing time, but maybe laziness took over, kinda hoping it's tiredness, but these little thongs shouldn't prevent us from going out and having a blast, after all we've been locked up long enough due to COVID. So any opportunity to go out and have fun, lets go and do it, you won't regret it.

3.Meal prep

I started this last year and become a bit of a nut at it. Every two weeks I sit down and think about what I or we want to eat, this is A great one to budget B helps you to reduce waste and I am all hear for that.

It can take a little time, but that is fine, this is what you and your family will be consuming over the next few weeks, plus its a major money saviour, I couldn't imagine going to the supermarket everyday and buying ingredients on a daily basis, plus its a great time saver on cooking, especially if you batch cook and put the extras in the freezer to eat another day.

4. Take care of your body

I kind of let this go a bit, especially now back at work full time and picking up extra time in the office on a weekend, it is so easy to just take 30 minutes each day to help take care of your body, be it a little morning yoga or meditation, a quick HIIT on youtube to even simply consuming water.

I invested time to find a few good people to follow on youtube to help me get fit, which is an added bonus on saving money and going to the gym and bought a few water bottles and a big brita filter to help with our daily water intake and adding a little healthier lifestyle will certainly get those endorphins going.

Have you got any tips that you find helps you, if so let me know in the comments below.

Stay well, stay safe.

It is super important to take care of yourself, easier said then done am I right! But with my birthday fast approaching, life changing, work load growing, kids getting older, cat needing to go to the vet and requiring an operation! I've found I have a lot on my plate and need to re-adjust the way that my current situation is set up, more importantly for me and my health to be a better version of me. and have a better balance in life

It took me a while, a good while to think and then put into practice what I need doing and adjusting that way I make sure that I do things, as I can at time procrastinate way to much and in the end never get anything done, however with little tweaks here and there, here are 5 ways I've found  To Have A Healthy Work / Mum Life Balance.

Learning to breathe again

Every day make time for you, take a moment and time out even for 5 minutes to just sit there and breathe, relax your mind, with a little meditation to help clear and realign your head, it can literally do wonders for you

Plan your day

I am an organised feind, before I was pretty flexible about how my day went, but that could lead to issues, like forgetting its school jumper or harvest day, even having a dentist appointment, so now I map out each week and I outline what I have going on for the week and can always add to where necessary and I can tick it off as I go along, planning ahead is key to give you a more peaceful mind.

Think of you

Sometimes we are expected to be superwomen and it's ok to not be, after all you are human and there is only one of you. There are some people who think if I do it all I will be fulfilled and happy and you know what I bet you're not, I was not.

I decided to take time out for me get me sorted and allow a little time for me to let my hair down, being it the smallest of things, reading a book, getting my nails done, to even letting my daughter stay at my mothers for the night, so I can go out and meet friends or even have a cheeky night in, with a glass of wine and Netflix and Chill whilst in the bath., it the little things you know!

Meal plan

Rush, rush rush, cook, cook, cook! This is all I did, when I got home from work and school pick up and I would literally throw a meal together, whilst it was good and tasty, it could been tastier.

Every Thursday I take 10 minutes out and sit down and think about what we are going to eat and create a menu and shopping list, so come the weekend I can pick up all that I need and Sunday prep where necessary and normally the day of said dish that I'll be cooking I'll have some of the items out, such a spaghetti and onions, or tinned tomaotes for example, so when I'm home I grab the last necessary bits of the fridge or cupboards.

Slow down and have fun

With a busy job, homework it can get a lot and you can easily forget to have a little fun, that is why every weekend I always plan on doing something a little fun with Leanora, we recently went to the cinema and I forgot how nice it was to be in one, then grabbed a bite after, the following day went ice skating and I highly recommend booking in some fun quality family time

If you enjoy dining out with family and friends, then you are in the right place, Leanora and I have found no! Tried and tested some great eateries in London and we are sharing with you lovely lot some of our favourite places to eat in London! Each spot you guys must put on your To Do List and go and visit and with no sign of rain this weekend, why not head on out and try a few........lets get started shall we!!

For those that know us and know us well we are major noodle and ramen fans, we stock up at least once a week on loads of ramen for the Asian and Korean supermarkets and guaranteed no matter the weather we will be slurping up a big bowl. Last weekend we had a little mooch around central London to go shopping and pick up some new Autumnal pieces. A lot of shopping = two hungry piggies. I asked Leanora what would she like, pretty sure it  was a silly question, she simply said ramen! Right mum mode on, boosted up google maps in search for the closest ramen bar, low and behold muggings is standing right outside Tonkotsu, Soho. It was busy, but we headed straight inside and sat at the bar, perused the menu, well I literally devoured the thing and ordered, I went for the Chilli Chicken Ramen and Leanora had the Cheeky chicken kids bento box. honest to god I literally inhaled the chilli chicken ramen and it was gone in seconds, the broth was nice and light and packe a punch and I didn't need to add anything to it, it was just right! I asked Lenaora how her Katsu bento box was going, she was like 'look mum, I scoffed the whole lot - round 2?' The food was so good we didn't even have a chance to drink our drinks, we had two Yuzu Lemonades and oh my this has to be my favourite drink to date, plus the whole thing was super affordable and cost me less than £25 to feed the both of us, I highly recommend this place for the ramen / noodle lovers.

The newest craze to hit London from Korea, is the korean corn dog, from Bunsik - a short walk from Leciester Square station, when we arrived or should I say any time we've arrived there is always a queue, but fret not the queue goes down super quick, its deciding which to go for which is the issue, but the friendly staff are on hand and offer their recommendations. These super tasty, super cheesy corn dogs start from £4.00 and I personally recommend the potato mozzarella and Leanora, Beef hotdog as long as i've got the potato mozarella.

We all head to the one in Westfield, this is where i first discovered Pastaio and I must confess minus the lobster, we have eaten the whole menu, its great for friends and family sharing, the plates are small enough to get a few and the staff are ever so lovely every time to we come and there is nothing better than eating fresh pasta, with fresh ingredients! Just be prepared to roll out its that good and head home to snooze!

Now this beauty is right on our doorstep in the heart of Clapham Junction, hands down we are there every week without fail, be it Friday after school or on a Saturday, ok even Sunday when we grab our Sunday dinner from the shops. They make the pizza fresh everyday right there in front of you and this pizza for a good ol slice starts from £2.00! Bargain or what, we always have the mozzarella and mushroom with ham! The only bad thing I can honestly say about this place, is that they dont open on Monday. they also serve fresh focaccia you can pick up early in the morning if your lucky, loads of sarnies and the fattest doughnuts in the world, plus the staff are wicked also.

Leanora is not a fan of burgers what so ever, but we come to Halo in Brixton and she is alll over it, I mean she loves it so much, even when we got to Brighton she rather have a burger than fish n chips! I've never seen her eat so quick. These tasty vegan burgers are heavenly and I would happily eat one anytime of the day, give me their Halo Fries too and i'll happily eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner!

Now listen, I love a good Cantonese dish, but this is next level!  I can not remember where I heard about Three uncles, but let me tell you, Three Uncles offer the tastiest Cantonese-style roast meat, noodles & dim sum. I always go for the duck and rice and this bad boy for £10.50 can feed an entire family, the duck is just simply melt in the mouth out of this world and there sauce, do not get my started! The plum sauce is mind blowing and you know it does not come out of no bottle,  I know this bad boy is home made, the time and effort gone in to this whole dish is epic. You can find Three uncles nestled on a side road in Liverpool Street, Devonshire Row and certainly worth a visit.

Well, there you go a few places to kick start off your weekend, have you been to any you guys have any recommendations? Fret not we are back out this weekend, scoffing our faces all for you guys. We will be back soon with more London eats! As always you got any great spots you would like for us to check out, then hit me up in the comments below.

Happy Friday and happy eating.

Once again as it does, the weekend is coming and I am excited for it, who cares about the weather, its Autumn, it is always going to be up and down! What does matter is 10 fun things to do with the kids in London this weekend wither you live her or visiting I can certainly help you sort out your weekend.

1. Chessington
Throughout the summer we could not get enough of Chessington, every year we go and every year, we always find new exciting rides to go on. What's better each time we go Leanora gets a little taller, meaning we can go on so many more rides. it is a great day out spent with the family and not only is just for rides, but they even have a zoo there too.

2. Head to London Zoo
It's trying to spot the little cubs that does it for me, no I don't mean the kids, but seeing if the Lions have had a new cubs. This is the perfect place to explore see animals and birds alike that you've never spotted before, catch show and tell ad learn about animals you know and don't, and if you are lucky enough may just make it for feeding time and help feed the beautiful giraffes. What is best of all, kids under 3 go free.

3. Head To The Bookstore
As you know we are avid readers, so why not head to your local book store and find some new hidden gems that you and the kids can bundle up on the sofa with and enjoy a new magical fantasy for the family, not up for heading home then settle in at your closest and cosiest coffee shop.

4. Brighton Beach
Who doesn't love a good day at the beach, strolling along the promonade and eating your weight in fish and chips. Brioghton takes just over an hour and half to get there from London Liverpool Street, Or 1 hour from Clapham Junction, as soon as you get off the train, you see the glorious seaside straight in front of you. We also go to Brighton no matter the time of the year, there are loads of great boutiques, cafes and shops galore to go and explore.

5. Sail on a Go Boat
Why not sail your way around London Town and hire one of the uber cool boats for you and family and friends and taking in all it's wonder.

6. Play Golf
We are avid gamers in my house and we love a good challenge, granted 98% of the time I lose but Puttshack over in Westfield Shepherds Bush is always fun to go to. They have loads of holes and some are great because you can get to win prizes, such as your next game free, food, drinks you name it. We normally head over there after our mother and daughter Friday night dinner, It can get quite busy so I certainly suggest booking in advance, beucause if you get there you may have to wait a while or they maybe fully booked. Its a great game for the whole family to cheer one another on, just dont lose like me, as I am normally left carrying the winner (Leanora) on my back all the way home and I'm left buying the winner ice-cream.

7. Visit A Musuem
London is literally bursting with museums, our favourite has to be The Natural History Museum, but nonetheless which ever we go to, we always get to learn about so many different things, plus an added bonus most of them are FREE to attend.

8 Eat Some Fun Crumble
OK, lets clear this up, apple crumble, any crumble is not just to eat at school with custard or your for your Sunday pud, you can have it, whenever, wherever.....! Well not wherever, we recetly headed down to Shoreditch to check out Spitafields Market in search for some tasty grub and stumbled across, Humble Crumble! See my rhyming skils there lol!

9. Go To The Theatre
Check out some of London's best Theatres and the shows on offer. I've just booked us tickets to go and see Lion King, I was meant to go a few years back, but I was heavily pregnant at the time and bought ticket for my mothers birthday, but too heavily pregnant to go I will be making up for it now.

10. Visit Borough Market
Borough market can transform you in to a magical world of food galore from dishes all over the world. It is a great place to hang out with the kids and try some Delicious cuisines

I hope my 10 fun things to do with the kids keep you entertained, any to add let us know in the comments below! You may also want to check out my guide to every mums best weekend.
