Shining a light on this amazing online, cool kids shoe store simply couldn’t wait, I just had to share it with you.

I find, finding trainers or sneakers as to which Leanora now likes to call them since watching Sneakella on Disney + along with school shoes can be a stress in its self, I’ll be jumping from one website, to another and another! You get my meaning but after looking through The Kids Shoe Den I found that they have a vast collection of footwear and brands on offer, such as Lelli Kelly, an always trusted school brand Clarks and Geox on this super easy to navigate site, as well as selling footwear for children of all ages at all stages in their lives. From crawlers and cruisers to school leavers and a bonus they ship Nationwide, so all us parenst are winners in the world.

The website is designed for the easiest, so muggings here can navigate around easily and what I love is the kitsch little items on offer, such as the cute Llama socks, backpacks to sunnies and lots of other accessories to kit the kiddos out this summer and seasons beyond.

For me I can never get Leanora's footsize right, don't you find that our littles are growing at a rapid rate at the moment, I just need Leanora to slow down. But if in doubt of your super speedy growers footsize you can acutally purchase a foot gauge which has been a god send, I mean even I've tried it out, but we won't go into my foot size, all I am happy about is that my mothers is bigger than mine lol! Soz mum.

However, with us in a new season and always thinking ahead I love the fact that I can plan ahead for the new school term with Kids Shoe Den as well as stock up on new summer favourites along with being fully prepared and get some new school shoes and wellies to put down for Leanora.

I am a firm believer that what you put out there in to the universe, is what you get right back and in this case I am putting out all the colour a dash of pink at a time, in hopes for Spring to finally arrive here in London......My prayers have been answered!

I personally prefer a neutral pallet when it comes to work, but I like to be adventurous when Spring is on the horizon and let everyone know it is fast approaching. I am not talking about bang in your face head to toe colour, I'll save that for brunch on the weekends, but a dash here or there during the week slotted in nicely in to my workwear is perfect, plus I like to give the directors heart attack not knowing how bright I'll be on the day!

Now adding colour to your workwear wardrobe doesn't have to be intense, there are my causal days where i'll go for a long sleeve striped breton top to work, which I'll wear with tailored trousers and a blazer, be it fitted or oversized and soon to be by the grace of god a light linen version! But to inject a pop of colour into it I'll opt for one a cerulean blue stripe or nice punchy red whilst still keeping it chic for work. you can not got wrong.

I have linked plenty of happy hues for you to peruse and shop above and below, so take advantage kick back and relax, enjoy the glorious sunshine, maybe with a vino in hand .

I hope you guys found this post helpful for your workwear needs, let me know your thoughts on the comments below or tag me in your spring workwear attire over on Instagram.

Happy shopping!

Hey friends! Lindsey here, what can I say, but I have returned back to work, after my some time off for the summer holiday.

Summer is finally winding down and the new Autumnal season is fast approaching.Getting ready to hang up all my summer dresses and linen skirts, and time for the autumnal tones, suits and blazers and a little intricate light layering to come back out.

As you all know new seasons and years bring new inspiration, to colours and cuts and I have to confess this transtiont time has to be my favourite, whilst still not cold, you can mix and match fabrics, whilst still getting you legs out before you have to fully layer up, plus you can still get away with for the moment a little injection of colour from your summer palette.

For me right now, it is still not coat weather, but a good blazer and an obvious must have trench coat is key and I have my eye on a few, not only for me to wear to the office, but on the weekend also, I always think about cost per wear, I am a little frugal, especially as I am a parent and I've kid who kills me for Robux and Vbux!!!! Don't ask... But with these items, are the perfect layering essential, especially as half my summer pieces I did not get to wear, like most of us I am sure.

Suits a must this year and this year I am going a little further with a cute three piece suit! I have never been one to shop in a charity shop until recently! A new girl who has just joined my team, every lunch time I kid you not comes in with bags full of fab new pieces, she literally spends her whole lunch hour in the few charity shops that line our office street, sandwich and all and comes back with a range of goodies. Giving me a thrill and feeling slightly left out I headed to the charity shop directly across from my office and bagged myself a gorgeous navy wool waistcoat, which I plan on wearing with a grey suit that I too have been eyeing up.  A suit which has not been required for some time this past 18 months, will now be very much apart of my polished back to work look which I will be embracing fully.

Knitwear, what can I say I love it, it's cosy, it can be light and heavy it can come in various colours and prints and I am here for it. I have a few pieces that I've eyed up, especially a few lighter co-ord pieces to ease me in to Autumnal months, from Mango, Na-kd and & Other Stories, whilst some may be back in the office, this are a few that can work just as well if you are working at home.

I must confess I am a big shoe lover, but as soon as I get to my desk, off they pop! If they are certainly off at my desk, you know I mean business. Hence why I have vast selection, my school drop off kicks, to my business shoes to the cheeky fluffy 3 pairs of slippers that I have in my bottom desk drawer and my Friday night shoes. The one thing the IT guys hate the most, is if I have to relocate, as I always have at least 2 boxes full of shoes, boots, trainers and slippers you gotta have options, you never know what occasions can spring up on you!

Just like my shoes, I need some serious good arm candy in various shapes and sizes! My go to are Radley, Arket, Cos, Mango, NA-KD and something a little more out there with a pop of colour, I head off to ASOS. Depending on the day, I will need a really good and large sturdy bag if I am out and about on sites and at any given time, I can hold upto 20 sets of keys at a time!, going to court or working at a different office, I need something a little large to hold my files in. Generally, you'll find me nestled away in a cafe and you know what that means, laptop time to 5'oclock Friday time for some drinks with the office crew, so yes a good few essentials for the office for different structured days a good bag has to come in to play.

And there you have it folks, my back to work essentials! I am planning on what actually I carry on in my bag at work, but that I'll save for an upcoming post.

With the summer sun taking a long time to reach the UK I can finally say it has arrived.

With the heatwave set to continue this week I need no excuse to get my myself some new and much needed cooling dresses on and if you’re anything like me, the heat gives you no excuses to purchase some new dresses.

Last weekend was glorious it was great seeing people finally out and about, I spent Saturday strolling and sightseeing around London with a little picnic in the park and had a lovely beach day with Leanora and my mum!

With my skin now sun kissed and glowing I want to wear dresses that highlight my new found long awaited glow. I plan on wearing a lot of colour this summer to help bring out my new glow along with white dresses which always look great along tanned skin.

I recently did my first ever IG Reel in my new green dress, I was utterly nervous but inspired to create more, until then you can watch it here and see my gorgeous dress which I wore out on my girlie Saturday day and this is where the idea came from to write this post and share all the heatwave dresses you need now!

Don’t worry I’ve got something for everyone and at all price ranges too. I found some great pieces from Nastygal, Amazon to & Other Stories.

If I know I can wear it multiple ways and out to different occasions, from work, running errands, to mumma duties, then click to cart thank you very much!

The Mango sale has never been better and for once they have my size and loads of others in my favourite pieces.

When a sale is on, I must confess I hate going in to the stores, my anxiety kicks in and I freak out. I’m the kinda, kick back, relax and search the web kinda gal for get all the hustle as bussel of going into the shops.

I have been known to be an impulse buyer, I can say those times are safely behind me (one hopes) I put pen to paper and think about what I want to wear, what I need and think about all the different ways my look can be styled. I think about transitional pieces that can be layered up, worn with thick tights and chunky boots come winter, to un-layer the heavy duty pieces and opt for a lighter linen fabric come spring summer. Such as this spotted dress worn, who says you can’t team it with an over sized linen shirt, some super cute sandals, the perfect woven straw bag and hey presto, ready for summer and you’ve got another look with this great versatile dress which your now wearing as a skirt!

What are you favourite items from the Mango sale, have you managed to purchase anything yet?

One of my favourite stores is H&M every year they absolutely nail it no matter the season, they are so on point with the latest trends. I can not simply just walk in to H&M, be it in to the women's, kids or even homewear department and not walk out with a little something.

With restrictions easing and 2020 darkness in the past, a new future is ahead where we are finally able to roam out in to the world, meet up with friends and loved ones and every new occasion requires a new essential outfit, well that is my oponion at least and the reason to not feel so guilty about spending way too much, even though I shouldn't. However, I always shop for an outfit that can stand the tale of time and something that is versatile and you can wear it multiple ways and in different seasons.

I find that with H&M a few great staples is all you need and they have an abundance of some great quality pieces, to cycling shorts and linen shirts, a little chilly outside or out for dinner, no worries they have you sorted and you can layer it up with an oversized dad blazer, which is a new favourite addition to my wardrobe, it is also teams up really well with some cute flats or pretty floral print dress or a pair of jeans for a more casual weekend look.

What will you be purchasing from H&M?

If  my wardrobe is filled with just one thing this summer, the requirement is dresses, midi dresses, maxi dresses, linen dresses, give me all the dresses my wardrobe, nay! My house can handle.

As you may have noticed, I have gone colour mad over on my Instagram, Leanora too and I my new favourite ,is this gem from Monki! Whilst I love the floral pattern, it was the bright colours that got me, my heart was totally racing for it and new I just had to have it, mind you it took me 2 weeks for my size to come in stock, but what can I say, I can 't let and affordable dress pass me by.

Whilst I am all about the colour this summer, I do like to keep my dresses simple and tailored, especially for work,  that way I can add an additional if needed touch of colour to my work wear look, with a good pair of must have summer sandals.

I've trawled the web, for you all and found a vast amount of affordable dresses, which will have you scrolling and dressed all the way through summer and perfectly dressed for every occasion, through summer.

Happy Monday guys! What can I say, but life has been great of late, the sun is shining we are venturing out more with friends and family, plus can you believe we are now in June, I mean where has the time gone so quickly, we are half way through the year already, but that's ok, the sun is out and so is the paddling pool.

This week, we've been staying at my grandfathers house, as it was half term for Leanora and unfortunately I had to be at work (no rest for the wicked) and it was great as all our little cousins were there too, so they had great company all round. As I couldn't be there for most of the day and the sun was glorious and beaming out, I treated them to brand new paddling pool so they can chill and keep cool.

Fret not, as soon as I got back from work and made my tasty new perfect weeknight dinner, as tasty dish of  asparagus, courgette, chicken and orzo pasta. I grabbed a big bowl a very large glass of rose, my new fave being from Kylie Minouge, I pulled up a pew and dipped my feet in to the early evening.

We also got a few new books, just because Leanora was off from school doesn't mean she should not be kept occupied and get a little education in. I picked up a few CGP books, these are great for kids studying, I got loads of math's and her fave subject 2 science books, I mean she can't stay in the pool all day, she will shrive up like a prune. Unfortunately I did not treat myself to any new books, as I've still two new one I need to get through, but I will be making a dent in those this week.

New month's bring new flowers, and my favourite blooms peonies have now come in to the florists and I treated my home and grandads to have few new bunches. I literally can not get enough of these, I have a weird obsession anytime I see them I have to buy them all.

A new thing, well not new I just have not been in years, who knows why, but every time I go I enjoy it. Now Leanora is of an age she can understand about going to church. I think it is a great way to bond, learn about our belief meeting new people, especially the older ladies, who are the cutest telling me all about the christian dating scene and all the best christian dating site to check out. I mean do i have single all over my forward or something haha! But set aside, going back to church is something Leanora and I will be doing regularly on a Sunday morning.

After church, headed home to do a quick spring clean, get Leanora's uniform ready as the half term has come to an end and a big meal prep for the week ahead. This is something I enjoy doing on a Sunday I like to get a meal plan in some I know what I need for the week and what to buy,  and where appropriate have it prepped, so much time and food saved this way.

What do you guys have planned for this week, anything fun and exciting or even new you plan on doing. Don’t forget you can also tag me over on Instagram or by using the #LondonMumma tag to show me what you get up to or keep up to date on what’s new on the blog via Bloglovin!

What a glorious start to the week! The summer sun has finally come out to play, so you know what that means! Time for those freshly mani tootsies to come out too and what better way to show them off, than with some summer sandals.

I have gone colour crazy, as you may have noticed on my Instagram as soon as the sun comes out, so does the colour and a great way to highlight and elevate any outfit is with a perfectly stylish, yet suitably comfy pair of sandals.

Now the sun is out, I am finding that I am walking and exploring a lot more, especially with restrictions easing, you will also find me and Leanora out exploring London or day tripping to the beach, to a lazy day picnicking at the park, or a family and friend bbq get together, so comfort is key, along with a little pop of colour too.

Ladies, fear not I have got you! I have done all the hard work for you, so all you need to do, is grab a cold beverage, your sunnies and kick back and shop the summer sandal line up below, featuring some fab summer sandals below.

Summer is in full affect here in London and I am loving it!

As someone who wears contact lenses every single day, I find that throughout the summer I rather reach for my glasses, as my lenses can easily become very dry, leaving me with very dry eyes.

Sunglasses are a must for summer, to help protect your eyes from the suns glare, plus a must have accessory during the summer, heck all year round. Now being a lense wearer it is not cost affective to have my sunglasses prescriptive, so when Vision Direct got in touch to help me with my issue and keeping me stylish and my eyes hydrated I would have been a fool to not see how they can help me.

VisionDirect have a huge range of lenses on offer, it is certainly worth going through and finding out what best suits you and your needs! For my eye solution and keeping them healthy and hydrated I went for as per the recommended lenses made from silicone hydrogel, or you can always go for the daily disposable lenses the option is yours and there are loads to choose from.

I have to say since using the Acuvue Oasys, with hydraclear plus technology, not only do they keeps my eyes hydrated, but its helped with me step up my eye wear game and I’ve now an array of sunglasses, from 70’s swag, to slinky cat sunglasses and so many more.

The only place I will now be buying my lenses, plus I also found that Vision Direct prices are the best out there.

What are you doing to keep your eyes hydrated?
