As the weather drops, so can the look of your hands and I've raved about it before, the African Botanics Hand Cream and I am going to rave about it all over again. This stuff is perfect and gives you just the boost of hydration that you need from this rich cream, it is also a great treatment for those that suffer from chapped, sensitive and irritated skin. So if you do suffer from irritations do not be put off by this hand cream which smells insane thanks to the calming ingredients of geranium and rosemary, I assure you, even I who suffers from sensitive skin, I've reached for this product time and time again, it has even helped calm my dry hands and bring them back to life thanks to the nourishing oils, butters and botanical ingredients.
I've been taking the POTION London hyaluronic acid for a few weeks now, 3 to be precise! Did you know that almost half the body’s hyaluronic acid is found in the collagen of your skin! It is the moisture retaining properties of hyaluronic acid which keep the skin hydrated and looking plump and smooth. So needlessly to say, you know i've not been a fool to let these go, yes I can say that it has worked for me and it will for you too, but I think that is a stretch as everyone reacts differently and notices different results, for me I have seen a change not a drastic one but a good one, and I have faith that if I keep on taking these supplements my skin will reap the benefit of it.
Guys! I have been waiting I mean waiting to A see if we would get this product and YES the MINTD Beauty Gods have answered my prayers B does this product live up to all it's hype. Well, first of all, let me say this, it is pricey, Rodial Skincare Dragon’s Blood Velvet Cream at £75 hence why I've been reluctant to buy it myself, but that is the great thing about MINTD the SAVINGS! For those in there 30's or for those that suffer from red patches, then guys this is the product for you. This cream is rich, but no way at all greasy I've noticed that my skin in the morning
as I like to use this cream at night does look plumper and hydrated and less red in the morning, is it worth its weight in dragon blood? Yes, every penny.
Winter is a total nightmare on our skin, the cold weather strips off our natural moisture which can leave our face very vulnerable, but with Tula's, exfoliating treatment mask which I like to apply a thin layer of, as a little goes a long way a few times a week after my nighttime cleanse, this mask just gives it that extra cleanse and exfoliation all whilst restoring moisture back in to your skin. Something I've recently noticed is that mud mask does not put back moisture, but instead I find that it dries out the skin further, and that is not what I want in winter or any other months. The exfoliating treatment mask is a great step to add to your beauty routine to help prepare your skin for the next.
Up next, is the darling deluxe sized Ila Spa beauty balm which I am obsessed with, it is not just aimed for women but men too and this is the perfect treat for your feet a few times a week at night, or before you go to bed even (i hate wearing socks in bed). Whilst this balm can be used all over your body, I like to use this on my feet once I've gotten out of the bath, pull some nice cosy socks on and let it just work its magic and restore hydration back into your feet, elbows and knees too.

I like to light this before going to bed, whilst relaxing in the bath and filling the whole house with its desirable scent and this little beauty burns up to 20 hours.
Aromatherapy Associates is a brand that I am extremely familiar with and love dearly and this light relax bath and shower oil, currently takes centre stage in my bathroom, high up enough from Leanora's little toddler fingers. The perfect oil, a few drops needed only to help aid a peaceful and relaxing nights sleep, after a busy day, plus it leaves the whole bathroom smelling like heaven thanks to the restful powers of Lavender, Ylang-ylang and Petitgrain ingredients.
Once out the bath and moisturised, I spritzed Supermoods, sweet pillow scent over my pillows, honestly with all the gorgeous aromas, filling your home, it truly feels like you have brought the spa into your home. A light spritz goes a long way, I like to close the door once I have done this, to not let any of the aromatic scents leave the room, as I find that helps me have more of peaceful and tranquil sleep.
The piece de resistance, out of this whole box and something I have been dying to get my hands on, is Sunday Rileys, luna sleeping night oil! A little thicker than most, but totally not greasy at all, it is formulated with a derivative of trans-retinoic acid to minimise the appearance of pores, loss of elasticity and slow the development of wrinkles, I use a few drops once my cleansed face and allow it to soak into my dehydrated skin. I've been using this for 2 weeks and I have to say I have noticed a difference in the appearance of my now glowing and nourished skin when I wake.
Omorovicoza is the perfect at home facial wonder and any beauty lover would certainly agree. Applied 2-3 times a week, only a little is needed and the gel-like consistency helps calm and plump skin and trust me when I say when you wake in the morning your skin looks amazing, my skin looked more balanced and radiant. Plus a little tip thanks to Leanora, I went on a hunt for this last Friday after I went out and found it in the fridge and thanks to miss sassy pants, my skin was glad for it, the perfect travel-sized companion.
Overall, I have to honestly take my hat off to MINTD Box this months box is super exciting and I am loving all the products and brands in this box, it truly did not disappoint, I know I say it each month, but hands down guys and gals, get your beauty hands on this box for £65 is a total daylight robbery for all the right reasons. If you follow me on Instagram (which you should FYI!!) you would know how much I love my MINTD Box. You'd think I would have had enough of them and they me, but each month I am astounded, they always exceed my expectations and every month I fall in love with them a little, ok, ok, a lot more! There is nothing more exquisite than opening a box to get a glorious waft of fresh tropical coconut, to take you bake to the sandy white beaches. This luxury candle by Cocolux Australia is sourced from Australia and is completely natural and sustainable. This glorious scent, helps calm and relax your mind for a quiet evening of pampering or unwinding after a long day at work and is super inviting and cosy, perfect to help relax your mind body and soul.
Cleansing is such a vital part of my skincare routine and when I want something a bit more hydrating for my skin on those busy days and feel I need a bit more of an uplift or if I have been wearing heavier makeup, this deep pore cleanser by Sajal Balans is ideal to clear the days impurities or any residue makeup. Personally this can be used day or night, but I like to start my day with it, giving my skin the boost it needs in hydration for the day, plus leaves my face feeling super clean and soft thanks to the fig, African whitewood and precious metal extracts also infused with anti-microbial properties that leave my blotchy red skin looking and feeling calm in the morning.
After cleansing, I reached for Earth Tu Face, Hydrate & repair face balm, it is perfect to help boost dehydrated skin and this super botanical balm increases cellular regeneration and facilitates tissue repair, perfect as I recently had a breakout or those that suffer from skin problems, plus the rose petals infused helped calm the irritation. If you sit in an office all day with pesky air-conditioning I would certainly recommend this balm for you or be it you just got back from your summer holidays this will certainly help quench the thirst.
Day and night I reached for Su-man rehydrating toning essence.
